Lovely bfast , nice helpful staff ,room was available to upgrade due to coming back to stay again thank you to all the staff x
Staff were excellent. Room size not as described. I booked a room with triple bed and we ended up with a minuscule sofa. The room was so small that you could barely move. For a single person or a couple, these rooms may work but a couple with a kid, not at all.
Petit hôtel bien placé et très calme
Small hotel, very clean and tidy rooms. Good shower. Evening dinner menu good although service was very poor. Disappointing breakfast with food not replenished when plates at the breakfast buffet table are empty. Had to ask on a number of ocassions to have the orange juice jug refilled. Lack of fresh fruit available and once again had to ask the different waiters on 4 occasions to get me a banana. Plenty of staff working in the hotel but many are disinterested in their guests.
Item left behind in my room could not be located when I returned to collect it.
belle emplacement dejeuner gratuit
The hotel is a short walk from the train station so this made it very easy for me to get there since I came on the train from Casablanca. The bed was very stiff and not very comfortable.
The photo that they have Expedia is of the museum in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very poor. The Rooms had a mix of sewage, smoke and sweat smell. The floors were not clean. We got one room 30 mins after the first one even when we arrived at 9 pm. The bathroom shower stall was clogged. Staff is clueless. Does not deserve the 4 star or 3 star rating.
Good modern hotel in central Rabat. A little lacking in character compared to a riad, perhaps, but clean, comfortable and reliable. Good WiFi, plenty of electrical sockets, and a substantial buffet breakfast. Ridiculously strong shower which causes a mini flood in the bathroom, but otherwise a good choice for a stay in Rabat.
This Small hotel is located centrally in-front of modern art museum of Rabat. Close to the central station, Main Street, many shops and restaurants.
Hotel entrance is small. Hotel Restaurant is open to the street and quite busy in the evening with locals drinking coffee.
Friendly staff, rooms are small but all essential items are there including tea coffee, mini fridge and a smart TV. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms have the beautiful view of the museum. WiFi is working well. The water pressure in the room was good. Restaurant staff is also quite friendly and helpful. Dinner options are good with reasonable prices. Breakfast was good too.
Good
Best place to stay in Rabat as a first time! Clean, good view and is right in the center!!! Everything is walkable and safe. The staff was amazing. As well as the food and room service! Clean towels, clean sheets, the staff cleans everything very fast and breakfast was really good!
Y a tellement à dire que ça nous fatigue de tout écrire. Donc, juste une chose, n’y aller pas !! Fuyez cette établissement!
I was hosted in Le Musée for an international training for 5 nights. The hotel is well located in the centre of Rabat (the photo is the view on the Museum from my room) and the staff is very nice and friendly: we were a big group and they attended us really well.
The rooms are comfortable, the working spaces were perfect for us and... the food was tasty, we enjoyed the Moroccan cusine.
A big thank you!
I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Rabat Ville train station. It's about 10 minutes walk.
We booked directly through the hotel's website. The confirmation showed both its price in Euro and DH.
When we arrived and wanted to pay in Euro, for some strange reasons, the staff claimed they could not accept Euro payment. After travelling for over a month in Morocco, this was the first accommodation that rejected payment in Euro. We didn't accept and requested that they counter checked with their manager.
Subsequently, whenever we asked whether they had checked, the staff would just insist that we pay in DH. The staff kept asking us to go outside to exchange DH.
The final straw came when we put our foot down and told the staff that we would only pay in Euro or nothing. A more senior staff was around and from our conversation with him, we found out that the Euro amount stated in the confirmation email was somehow lower than the room rate stated in DH. In other words, it's not that the hotel couldn't accept Euro payment. They wanted us to bear the exchange rate losses.
Fortunately, we had everything in black and white.
Wouldn't return as our stay in Rabat was spoilt.
Location, cleanliness, room & room size, breakfast and restaurant were great, very friendly and hospitable staff. Nice view overlooking the musuem.
Nice hotel, great location, but the staff makes you feel like you’re dealing with a bureaucratic service, lacking warmth and hospitality. Especially the two at the checkout in the morning.
Additionally, I was disturbed by the female housekeeping staff loudly arguing in the room next to mine.
Muito boa localização.
Less than 10 minute walk from Rabat Villa train station. About 30 minute walk to the Chellah and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Next to the Modern Art Museum. Buffet breakfast is nice but they don’t refill so be there early. Facilities are good enough.
We stayed in this hotel as part of our tour. Hotel is well located with the rooms, facilities and decor being modern and to a good standard. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was very tasty. The buffet breakfast in the morning had a wide range to select from and was very good. Overall a good hotel to stay in with the staff being very friendly.
Excellent service and convenient location. Rooms a bit small, but quite adequate. Good cafe on site.
