Check in staff were amazing and friendly! Dinner was the best turkey and ham dinner I’ve had
Shower in room could’ve been cleaner, bathroom lights are sensor activated and couldn’t be activated back on when I was mid-shower, I fell trying to reactivate the sensor
It was beautiful room was outstanding, facilities in the room included bottled water, hot chocolate, coffee pod machine and all high end toiletries, amazing comfy bed can’t fault my stay, staff were incredible also
Absolutely nothing everyone was outstanding (I was there for an event so noise wasn’t an issue but just be aware this is a club attached)
