Fabulous hotel in the prefect location for Royal :Portrush GC
Pros:

Our group was only there for 2 nights playing in an International golf match so not in the hotel for long periods of time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pippa at Reception when we arrived.
The meal on night 1 was delicious with very generous portions. We were disappointed to be eating elsewhere on night 2.

Cons:

Maybe the automatic light in the bathroom with the opaque glass door! It was bit bright and some rooms said their light stayed on for a long time!

Great location/lovely Hotel with great staff
Pros:

The room was comfortable, check in was very straightforward and the staff on the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was amazing and it had a great shower. Good parking and great location. There is alway a warm welcome and a lovely warm feeling when you enter this hotel.

Cons:

We went to make a cup of coffee and the cups hasn't been replaced or cleaned and the coffee maker needed a good clean before we used it. We went to reception at 8:50pm to see about getting food/ pizza to the room but was told that wasn't possible as everything had closed up. We thought that was a bit early !!

Signature rooms are the best we've stayed in ...every little detail thought of and the massive windows give the excellent views...staff are exceptionally helpful..love the new robes if they were for sale 😀

Pros:

Beautiful hotel just a short walk away from Portrush town centre. If you are a golf enthusiast, this is a fantastic location as it's directly in front of a large golf course.
The staff were very helpful and always with a smile on their face. The facilities have clearly been renovated recently and were so clean. It has been a fantastic little stay and I will definitely come back. It could only be improved with a small spa/treatment room (please think of it!).

Cons:

We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely but I was quite disappointed by breakfast. The continental options were pretty much non-existent: bread, a couple of juices, one communal bowl of fruit salad, one communal bowl of white yoghurt. The cooked options were your standard full fry/omelette/eggs and salmon. They clearly have the potential to improve there.
