Just a great hotel comfortable staff fantastic loved it
The staff is utterly amazing. Food was great. Rooms were updated and clean. And the location doesn't get any better.
Breakfast was lovely.
Room had a very small window, very dark and no outlook or view. Very close to Kelly’s and music heard until early hours.

Not the hotel but there are no taxis or ubers available in Portrush The hotel will provide a lift if their staff are free but not if they are busy which is understandable.
Staff were all absolutely fantastic, the location was perfect - walking distance from Royal Portrush GC
It was perfect.
The reception staff were so helpful - especially Lily. We were attending a wedding in Portrush so needed to get ready after travelling. Lily organised an early check in which was great and also the hotel courtesy bus to take us to the ceremony at the Town Hall. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a drink in the bar on our return and the music was good.
The automatic light in the en-suite bathroom which has a glass door.
Everything about the hotel was easy and staff were so warm and friendly..
