Worst experience!
No sign plate in light and rarely find it at night. the staff doesn't speak English, even basic words. we have to search this hotel for 1.5 hour in the building.
It was basement and there was no window.
The room smell strange and disgusting based on the basement.
Toilet room was smelling poop when we checked in, but no way to ventilate. The blankets smelt old man and strong chemical.

After all, it has paper walls, so no privacy. you can hear whispering from the next room and our mattresses were shaking due to lovely activities from the next room. they were screaming until 5AM. This was family trip!
We booked two nights and requested refund for the remaining one night. In general, other hotel would refund with an apology. but they refused!
It was a nightmare for my family!

Pros:

Несмотря на расположение отеля (цокольный этаж) и первое не совсем комфортное впечатление, очень тёплый и радушный приём быстро изменил мое состояние. В силу частых командировок могу сказать, что качество услуг и сервиса (по мере возможности отеля) на достаточно высоком уровне.

Pros:

Хорошое место переночевать в Москве. Расположен в подвале жилого дома. Номера маленькие, но с отдельной ванной комнатой и туалетом. Есть бесплатный кофе и чай. Из минусов это высокая слышимость из коридора. Так же видимость с улицы в ночное время, шторки плохо закрывают.

Pros:

Rather hard to find - it took me about an hour of searching - but in the end the landlady found me, and was very helpful! The hotel is in the basement, and is a bit tired in some ways (the carpet). The bedding is rather soft. Cheap and adequate.
