Pros:

Хороший отель , расположен близко к центру Москвы, удобная бесплатная парковка во внутреннем дворе. В шаговой доступности магазины и торговые центры. В номерах чисто, уборка каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день, постельное белье через 2-3 дня. В номере есть вся необходимая посуда, чайник, микроволновка, кувшин для воды. В холле отеля бесплатный кофе, чай, сахар, имеется также кулер. Впечатления от отеля только положительные, останавливался в нем неоднократно.

Pros:

Très bon Hotel, calme et propre et personnel serviable , sauf qu'il manque des panneaux indiquant l'emplacement du l'hôtel. Je signalé aussi l'absence d'une rampe avec les escaliers pour les gens avec bagages, le reste tout est bon

Pros:

６つくらいのビルディングから成るビジネスセンターの中の１つのビルディングの5階の一角がホテルになっており、非常にわかりづらい。何度も人に聞いたところ、「ホテルではなくてビジネスセンターだ」と教えられた。ビジネスセンターに入って受付で聞いたところ、丁寧にホテルのフロントまで連れていってくれた。

Not a good location and far from a metro station
Pros:

I found insects in my bed.The hotel is inside a commercial building which makes it difficult to find. It's located a 20-25 min walking distance to a metro station.
Staff was very helpful

Good but painful
Pros:

It is very difficult to find this hotel. Most local people don't speak or understand English. A Russian gentleman who I stopped on street walked to there with me for more than 1 km. The staff were nice. Room is simple and OK. Not close to subway/Metro station. Will not recommend it to anyone who is not familiar to the city and nation.
