Pros:

Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen.
Das Bad war sauber aber beim Zimmer der Fußboden war staubig so das meine Strümpfe dreckig waren. Der Fernseher lieferte nur 8 tschechische Sender und einen Nachrichtensender.Der Ansonsten freundliches Personal und die Motorräder durften wir umsonst in einem Durchgang parken.Im Hotel gibt es nur Frühstück kein Mittag oder Abendessen deswegen machten wir uns am Abend auf die Nahrungssuche und nicht weit 200 Meter war ein Wellness Hotel da stand Restaurace dran wir wollten essen aber die Bedienung zeigte uns ihr Handy wo drauf mit Übersetzer stand "Wir kochen nicht für jeden". Wir sind dann weiter in ein anderen Gasthof gegangen.

Pros:

I prepaid the stay partly by redeeming Expedia reward points, partly with a credit card. However the property billed me upon checkout, apparently for the value of the redeemed points. This was a very unwelcome surprise.

Uvítání u výčepu, restaurace katastrofa, úklid pokoje nebyl proveden, během pobytu netekla teplá voda, takže jsme odjeli o den dříve..... sem už nepojedeme, je zde mnoho věcí, co zlepšit. Škoda, protože se nám hezky spalo.... ale služby prostě negungovaly.

Pros:

Krásné prostředí na zámku s velice ochotným personálem. Náměstíčko hned vedle dává místu nezapomenutelnou atmosféru, určitě se vrátíme.
