Amazing value and the room was large, beautiful, quiet and spotless. The standard of decoration was high and the general style was just on the right side of sumptuous. Card access made easy to be independent, and breakfast was available 8-11am so a very late night the night before was not a problem. Free tea (several choices from a top brand) and excellent real coffee available 24 hours, as were chocolates, biscuits and fresh croissants that were left over from the morning. The lady at check-in was hospitable and helpful and allowed me to see the rooms before I chose to stay, and would have allowed me to check in at 8am if I had needed to. All in all, this was an experience that has surpassed all expectations and maximized my time in the actual city sightseeing around the clock.
The only things I missed were hand-cream and hairdryer, which I didn’t find in the room. Everything else, however, was there, and more: indeed the room felt like a suite with its separate hallway and thoughtful touches like a shoe cleaning sponge and extra radiator in case it got cold (the room did have two large windows (no draughts-good!) and it was winter in St Petersburg).
All in all, really happy with this hotel and will stay again when I have the opportunity. Oh, and it is also reasonably well located, with several museum apartments within 5-12 minutes’ walking distance (Akhmatova’s being the furthest, was about 12; Rimsky-Korsakov, Dostoyevsky and Dovlatov lived just around the corner).

Всё очень понравилось. Расположение идеальное, 5 минут от Невского проспекта. Персонал крайне доброжелателен и всегда готов помочь. К чистоте номера никаких претензий, всё на уровне. С парковкой около отеля просто повезло (найти место реально, но не факт что в непосредственной близости). Завтраки вкусные. Всем рекомендую!!!

It was my second stay and I was very satisfied again. The staff are wonderful, the location is great, and the room was convenient and very clean.

My only complaint is that noises from other rooms and the hallway can be heard. Having (more) noise insulation would be good.

The hotel is very comfortable and extremely clean. The room was small but very cozy and welcoming! Breakfast made a lasting impression! Each guest could choose from a wonderful menu a light hot dish, which is prepared exactly for the time convenient for the guest.
Most of all, the staff amazed us! All young ladies working there were very kind and sincerely sympathetic, always tried to help! During the trip, we fell ill, and for us, they did everything possible, even something that was not at all their responsibility! We are very grateful for such a warm attitude and we are pleased to recommend this hotel to everyone who visits St. Petersburg! Among other things, the location of the hotel is just perfect!

If you need to 'private my room' at st. petersbug, maybe this hotel is best choice.

침대도 넓고 좋으며, 화장실도 리모델링 한 듯 해 오히려 다른 호텔보다 더 깨끗해요^^ 단, 오래된 건물 3층에 위치해서 방음이 안되서 아쉬워요~ 그래도 이런 저렴한 가격에 비해 퀄리티는 아주 좋은듯.. 나홀로 몇 박 하기엔 충분하며 만족합니다..

We had one of the three river-view rooms and the view was impressive. But to get that view you had to climb three flights of stairs as the ancient elevator seldom worked.

The room itself was well appointed with all of the expected (modern) conveniences. Breakfast was modest but adequate. The staff was comprised of young students with some English, but they knew little about the neighborhood. They turned immediately to the internet to answer questions. Thus we were directed to a famous coffee shop about half a mile away rather than perfectly adequate cafes just around the corner. But they tried very hard to please.

The location is good, just five or six blocks from the main avenue, Nevsky Prospect.

Al llegar al hotel nos asustamos, está dentro de un edificio antiguo con un pequeño letrero yo afuera. Subimos por un elevador donde literalmente cabe 1 persona y 1 maleta 3 pisos.
Pero al entrar las chicas de la recepción son lo más amables, la habitación bien con una vista hermosa, la cama no muy cómoda y el
Baño regular ( limpio ) pero sencillo.
El desayuno lo prepara la misma chica encargada, al gusto de cada quien ( tu pides la noche anterior ) la hora y lo que quieres tomar.
Hay servicio de lavado por un costo muy económico, lo que nos fue de gran utilidad.
La ubicación excelente a 1 cuadra de la av Nevsky y frente al río Fotanka súper cerca de todo.

Localizaçao excelente que permite conhecer os principais pontos turísticos à pé. O quarto é bastante confortável. O staff muito prestativo e falam inglês.
Oferecem café e chá com biscoito.
O hotel ocupa um dos andares de um prédio residencial. Há um elevador de acesso antigo mas funciona!

Lamentablemente no puedo poner una calificación mejor al hotel. Reservé una habitación con vistas al rio, y resulta que no tiene aire acondicionado. 32 grados en la calle y me ponen un ventilador en la habitación.
El ascensor es terrorífico, da auténtico miedo subir, y la mayoria del tiempo no funciona. Hay que dar por hecho que hay que subir y bajar andando 2 plantas cada vez que quieras entrar o salir de la habitación.
Nos regalaron una botella de cava por la molestia, pero no pudimos disfrutarla porque la nevera no enfriaba casi nada.
Lo bueno es la situación. el personal es amable, el desayuno está bien, la atención es personalizada y no es un hotel masificado. Creo que pueden corregir los problemas para que sea un hotel excelente, aunque lamentablemente mi experiencia ha sido mala.
Tramitan la carta de invitación para conseguir el visado.

8월 2일 부터 8월 4일 까지 2일간 머물렀습니다. 깨끗하고 아기자기한 분위기, 친절한 데스크, 콜 택시 서비스 등 매우 만족스러운 시간 이었습니다. 무엇보다 3층에서 내려다 보이는 강가의 풍경이 모든 피로를 잊게 해 줍니다.
다시 상트페테르부르크를 방문한다면 즐거운 마음으로 예약할 계획입니다.

Это не отель, а расселенная комуналка, расположенная на 3 !! Этаже без лифта. До метро Владимирская 15 мин, на лестнице подьезда вечером нет света. Кондиционеры текут и ломаются, проблемы с закрытием двери номера, но это не устраняется администрацией, а предлагается приспособиться к действительности. Завтрак лучше не брать- печенье йогурт и конфета - не еда, за овсянку с вас запросят дополнительно 250 р и скажут, что не входило в оплату номера. Душ маленький очень , грязный, комары, шумно, возьмите беруши. При выезде проблемы с расчетом, оплата их не совпадет с Хотелс ком)).холодильник в номере не холодит. Администраторы- милые девочки.

This is not a hotel in regular understanding. This is an appartment building with 1 floor bought out and fixed into hotel. Elevator can fit only 1 person with a bag. If you are claustrophobic, dont use it! It is scary how u can open a door while riding and it stops! But moves when u close the door. There was no window view of Fontanka river, like shown on the site for my room selection. Free breakfast is a most distasteful i ever had, except for juices. But staff was very nice and helpful. Location is almost a city center, but it could be closer to Palace square.

Das Hotel wurde offenbar neu eröffnet und liegt sehr zentral wenige Minuten vom Nevsky-Prsopekt entfernt. Die Blutskirche, die Kasaner Kathedrale und das Singer-Haus sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer modern und sehr sauber.

I had great time during my stay . I usually stay at Corinthia hotel during my visit to st Petersburgh.
I travel Frequently for business and pleasure and I stayed most brand name hotel and this hotel certainly will be my choice in russia .Hotel staff is one very nice and professional and probably the best I have seen for while and they made me feel like at home
Hotel rooms are very clean and all furniture new and very uniquely designed for Quality and relaxing feeling
This hotel will be my new adress in st PeterB
