Pros:

以價格及整體來說安一飯店的真的是物超所值，機場接送服務非常棒，提供的早餐小而美，餐廳服務人員態度親切，下次再去澎湖還是會選擇安一飯店.

Cons:

整體來說價格的確比較便宜，但是因為隔音不佳、也有人在房間偷抽煙，真的睡的不是很舒服，如果要入住可能需要再三考量
Pros:

櫃檯人員服務態度很好，會提醒是否需要送機服務
也會很積極的協助回覆、處理旅客問題

Cons:

隔音真的太差了，房間禁菸，但5樓旅客仍有人在房間裡面吸煙！那一層幾戶都聞的到煙味
明明9點飯店就有貼公告關於音量管制問題，結果還是有人半夜還在大笑、大喊，關門也關超大力

普普通通,除非以上缺點改善,或價位要再低一些,不然應該不會再入住了
Pros:

協助訂船,訂活動的服務很棒,讓人覺安心又方便,早餐阿姨很用心,每道菜都很好吃(唯獨飲料選擇性不多)

Cons:

(4人房)無衣櫃,掛勾不夠4人使用,也無小桌擺放飲料零食,wifi一直斷線 ,2樓看不到什麼海景
