Boli sme spokojny a prijemene sme si oddychli.
Pros:

Hotel ma dobru poziciu v centre mesta blizko reštauracii a verejnych parkovisk. Personal veľmi mily a ustretovy, veľmi pohodlna posteľ aj vankuše. Raňajky dobre a vyborna kavička.

Pros:

Das Stadthotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Auch zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten mit Auto oder Rad. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte es umfangreicher sein.
Alles in Allem hat aber alles sehr gut geklappt und Preis/Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall.

Cons:

Es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze die zum Hotel gehören, und diese müssen reserviert werden. Es lohnt sich einen Parkplatz bei Buchung gleich mit zu reservieren.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr ruhige Lage und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Ambient des Hotels ist richtig fein und einladend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Overpriced! Bad customer service.

Cons:

At 19:15 nobody at the reception, regardless the stated check-in time 15:00-20:00, the lights turned off.
No instruction received before the arriving, how to find the key, where is the room and etc. Nobody answered the indicated phone number. Only after my message in the Booking.com application , the receptionist called.

TV very small , located in the strange place , impossible to watch from the bed
Only 1 pillow and it was horrible quality, total junk, old , impossible to sleep on it!!!!!!! No spare pillow

The bed is very narrow and not comfortable ! no charging socket near the bed. All the furniture is old.
