Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean
Very noisy, even though my room was at the back. They offer you earplugs at checkin. Small room with nowhere to put your clothes. Only 5 hangers above a small cupboard which contained the fridge.
The location was good, the room was good .
Returned from holiday and myself and my daughter both came up with welts on our back and legs. We're told these were bed bug bites. An unfortunate end to our holiday
Staff were lovely and super accommodating
Staff were great. Location great.
Parking was abit iffy.
But glad there was some.
We didn't get a designated parking spot we paid thwn left and came back and ours was gone.
And got our room serviced but no towels were left we had to call and ask for more.
Nice easy to get to.
Room was clean and tidy
Clean, comfortable and convenient to shops, train and busses.
Perhaps the shower could be a little cleaner, but overall very well maintained.
I absolutely loved everything about it! The bed was a king and felt like a super supper king. The tv was a smart TV so I could watch any movies via screencast on my phone
We loved it. It's sooo cheap. Honestly best hotel hands down in Auckland!!!! The air con tops it off. Everything was 10/100000
Nothing tbh. Everything was 😍😍😍
Beautiful people
Busy road
?
A/C controlled from reception and turned itself off every hour couldn't set to cool only heat or fan great when humidity is 90+, grossly overpriced because of event, door from stairway slammed shut all night, room overall was pretty shabby,
Central to town staff were great and friendly
Nothing
It was in a good central location close to the shopping centre
On our first evening we found 6 cockroaches that were coming from the corner of the room. There were also smaller ants coming from the seams in the fridge.
One of the bed lamps was broken upon arrival but the staff upon enquiry did offer to fix.
The shower also leaks and floods the whole bathroom every time it’s used.
Also single pane windows so noises from outside can be heard easily
