Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very pleasant, with a comfortable bed. It’s a perfect place to stay in Miami Beach, in a safe and family-friendly area. We would especially like to thank Rosaria and the entire valet team for their kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

Recepção horrível e não tem vista para o mar!

Limpeza do quarto

Cons:

Foi vendida como vista para o Mar e não tinha vista 2 andar. A recepção não falavam espanhol e só inglês. E não faziam questão de ajudar na tradução.
A localização do lado da ponte com muito barulho. Não tinha serviço de alimentação para hóspede

Já fui 2 vezes no outro hotel da rede e gostei, mas esse não gostei nem um pouco.

Só não troquei de hotel porque não tinha tempo.

All the amenities and facilities were great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel with our eyes closed.

The breakfast could have been better but other than that it was great.

Ok place, won’t stay there again (could have been better if they tried)
Pros:

Big rooms (I took the biggest suite) so we had 4 restrooms (2 of them were so dirty that we didn’t use them). Nice view (water view). Good beds (bad pillows)

Cons:

Well…. The place is not clean. Had to pay an extra 100 dollars per day (fee) for facilities (very small swimming pool) and the worst breakfast I had in all the hotels I stayed at…
Definitely not worth the money.
Location is not that great.
Well, basically 100% not going to recommend my friends.
Good if you a big family and didn’t find anything else….
