Nobel is a great place.
Pros:

Local was great and quiet. The room was a great price, very clean and lots near by to do and see. Very near downtown markets, the amman citadel, and cool coffee neighborhoods up the hill above. They were helpful organizing a taxi to the airport and storeing our luggage on the last day befire leaving.

Cons:

Smoking in the building.
