Nice apartment in great location three blocks from the Jett bus station to Petra and Aqaba. Friendly host. Very safe area

Very bad place, they don’t have air conditioners in the room
I asked the owner where is the a/c , he said we don’t have any “ that’s why this room is cheap”
That what he said

Don’t rent here , the owner has really bad attitude and doesn’t appreciate the business we’re giving him

・JETT bus利用する際は徒歩10分ほどで◎
・とても親切なスタッフ?(家族経営?)で、お願いしたらエキストラの掛け布団を持ってきてくれたり、質問も丁寧に調べて教えてくれました。
・すぐそばにショッピングモール、ローカルスーパーもあり便利です。

・どこもそうかと思いますが、シャワールームはシャワーカーテンがあるけど、シャワー後は床がべちょべちょになります。
・ダウンタウンまでは徒歩だと少し遠い
　(ダウンタウン観光に興味ない方は大きなポイントではない)

看板がなくホテルだとわからなくてかなり迷った。最終的に地図から見てこの建物しかないと思い中に入って人に話しかけたところわかったが、フロントもないので人と話さないとわからない。とても不便だと思う。
また、隣の部屋で深夜まで音楽を流している人がいてうるさかった。アメニティもなく不便だった。
部屋は古めだが清潔で、エアコンはないが扇風機があり値段相応。

キッチンが使えて、快適に過ごせましたが、夜に同じ階でパーティが開かれていた
ようで、夜中にどたどたしていました。
あと、アブダリモールまであるいてすぐで、そこにスーパーもありました。

We really enjoyed our stay in arabian suites. The room are spacious , beds confortable , with a great value for money. The owner, Rajai welcomed us warmly and was very helpfull. He is very kind and like to discuss. He and his staff are very accommodating. If you stay in Amman i definitely recommend this hotel.

夜に到着して、看板が出ていないのでわかりづらかった。ホテルのヒトの対応がよかった。ねこがかわいかった。

The bathrooms in studios were not very satisfying. However, the bedrooms were ok.

ヨルダンに渡り初日に宿泊し、翌日JETTバスに乗ってペトラへ行って一泊、次の日の夜からまたこちらに2泊、という形でお世話になりました。
ちなみにさらにその次の日はキングフセイン橋行きのJETTに乗ったので、JETTバスを使ってアンマンの外へ観光に行くのであれば本当に良いホテルだと思います。
また、オーナーさんが人懐こく、日本人が大好きらしく、お喋りしたがります。私はオーナーさんのご自宅にお茶に誘われ、さらにネボ山にまで連れて行って頂く機会がありました。家族経営ならではの暖かさが感じられました。シャイな人は少し面食らうかもしれませんが、日本人にはおすすめのホテルです。

到着翌日にペトラに行くため、JETTバスのアブダリオフィスに近いところに泊まりたくてこちらを予約しました。アブダリオフィスまでは歩いて5分ほどです。オーナーさんは日本びいきのクリスチャンの方で、英語も問題なく話せます。また旅程を聞いてアドバイスもしてくれました。スタッフの対応には大満足です。
泊まった部屋については、空調が無かったので季節柄少し寒かったことと、シャワーのお湯が時間帯によっては出にくかったのが少し残念でした。ただお湯に関しては翌朝普通に出たので、他のお客さんもみんな使ってると出にくいのかもしれません。
JETTバスを使う予定があるなら是非オススメのホテルです。

Hospitality

The accommodations were adequate, central location, but quiet enough to get some rest. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and can offer helpful advice for your stay in Jordan. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Host is nice, very close to jett bus station. Also 5-10 mins walk can reach Firas Circle where you can find lots of shops.

2018年9月に1泊で滞在しました。
始めはJETTの乗り場にごく近いことで選んだ場所でしたが、値段の割に部屋の広さや設備が充実していて良かったです。
初の中東で少し緊張をしていたのですが、オーナーが非常に温かい方だったのが助かりました。
お昼をごちそうになったり、仕事の合間に市内の案内までしてくださったり、砂漠ツアーのガイドさんに電話で確認までしてくれました！
おかげで、初ヨルダンの初日を充実して楽しいものにすることができました。
夜にベランダで、宿泊者やオーナーなどとおしゃべりしたのも忘れ難い楽しい思い出です。

This accomodation offers apartment-like rooms : rooms with livingroom, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Very spacious. You can park before the hotel on the street.
The owner is extremely helpfull. He gives you a visit of the neighbourhood, helps to find a typical restaurant and is always in for a friendly talk.
Before you arrive, check the exact location of the hotel on a map so that you can more easily find it in busy Amman. The hotel is in a quiet neigbourhood, but yet close to the main attractions of Amman.

nice apartment and nice location

This is basically a 4 or 5 story partment unit with every floor and all rooms of different sizes being rented out... so theres a size and price range for everyone. It's conveniently located and for the budget price you get a lot. I had a living room and double bedroom for much less than what I paid last hotel i tried in Amman. It's quiet ... both the hotel and neighboring area... no problems with noise at night which was a relief.

When you use uber or Kareem be careful with the pick up spot ... taxis may try to pick you up from Al razi street which is up the hill and parallel. Put the cursor closer to Omayah Bent Abd Shams. This is a common issue in Amman and not unique for the hotel.

Owner is happy to help you arrange little details in the room, like he brought me a heater for night as it was winter.

Sometimes I feel like non smoking is impossible to get in Amman ...if you are highly allergic this may not work for you as just like in the cabs there is that residual smoke smell
