Was disappointed in our distance from eateries
Pros:

We were not close to eating facility and did like the restaurant on site menu. We checked in after 1:30 am and still had to vacate the room by 11 am. Wish we could have time for the pool or beach area.

Cons:

After a three hour flight delay we arrive at the property after midnight and did not have the room code. The code was not provided by Booking.com and we waited over an hour before being able to reach the owners.
With children and a long travel day this was quite inconvenient and we still had to be out the room by 11am checkout.

Will never stay there again. Dont reccomend anyone to. One room was great one was horrible.

I liked when the vacation was over and we could check out

Cons:

Room was dirty, cabinets and drawers were broke AC didnt work vents covered in dirt. Wall above breaker box was wet from ac leaking Bed in living room was dirty. Hotel rooms wwere leased out an the leasees were from another country and didnt speak english had to have a translator and parking was VIP which was horrible

We had an amazing stay,
Pros:

The rooms are spacious with amazing view; everything was well arranged in the apartment. clean and comfortable. fast elevators, amazing pool and easy access to the beach. also nice restaurants around the area, and grocery stores right across the street. as well as souvenirs shops nearby. Also it was my first time in Miami and i got helpful help from the front desk staff, i also liked that the host sends helpful communications prior and during my stay, and they respond quickly to all the communications/queries i had.

Cons:

The toilet was not working well, just need a quick fix. also, when we arrived at 9PM, the restaurant downstairs was open but there was no one to offer us the service, so we had to go to the Mexican restaurant across the street. Also the hotel doesn't offer/rent out beach chairs/umbrellas, so it was difficult to stay comfortable on the beach.

La ubicación está bien pero las habitaciones muy deterioradas, el baño con moho y te cobran hasta por reponer papel higi

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, la última vez que fui hace 4 años no estaban tan mal. Todo lo que quieras te lo cobran, dejar las valijas un rato después del check in, recibir un pedido, papel higiénico, jabón, lo más básico que se les ocurra es un costo extra.

Pros:

Bien ubicado, con salida al mar pero sin servicio de playa, el departamento es cómodo, tiene lo necesario pero en mi estadía de 7 dias la mitad de las cosas no funcionaban, la dueña tardo 3 dias en solucionarlo

Cons:

No funcionaba el microondas, la pava eléctrica, la luz de la heladera, el deposito del baño.
No me permitio extender el check-out ni 5 minutos

Ok if you’re just there for beach time and won’t hardly be in the room.

La ubicación lo mejor. El resto aceptable.

La ubicación es inmejorable frente al mar sobre la Collins Av. La anfitriona al recibir nuestro mensaje de que no funcionaba la cafetera nos entrego una en funcionamiento al otro dia. Respuesta muy buena de parte de ella.

Cons:

La limpieza de los vasos, platos y cubiertos era muy mala. Todo estaba mal lavado. NO HAY SEÑAL DE WIFI. Esto hoy en dia es muy limitante e inaceptable, por mas que lo advierta con anterioridad. Las ventanas no se abren están bloqueadas. Lo que limita mucho la ventilación.
