El personal es súper amable, realmente buscan ayudar en situaciones difíciles y son muy flexibles.

2 cosas. 1 por la arquitectura del edificio se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lobby entonces cuando el hotel está muy lleno, cuesta un poco dormir. 2 los baños no tienen muy buena ventilación entonces cuando hay muchas personas usando el baño en la habitación pues es incomodo.
