Would 100% stay again. Hoping to come again next year.
Pros:

This was a beautiful, modern property with wonderful facilities. The location couldn’t have been more perfect.

Cons:

Could be a little bit loud at night. We were staying on the ground floor - I suspect the other rooms might be a bit quieter.

Beautiful accommodation, great location and exceptional hosts.
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short stroll from the harbour, shops and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

The accommodation was stylish, beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed for our stay.

What really made our visit special, however, was the wonderful hospitality of the hosts. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They kindly arranged our car hire and parking, and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, all of which enhanced our holiday enormously.

A particularly thoughtful touch came when the host noticed that it was my birthday during our stay. On the day, a complimentary bottle of wine was left in our room, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It perfectly reflected the genuine care and attention they showed throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Pros:

It was perfectly located, in a quiet side street of bustling Old Town, super stylish and very comfortable.

Cons:

My only minor feedback is that you can hear the guests above via the vent in the bathroom. Not a big problem if you close the door, just quite funny.

Prachtig appartement in schitterend havenstadje. Erg leuke bestemming.
Pros:

Zeer fraai design appartement. Buitengewoon vriendelijke verhuurders.

Cons:

Storend geluid van de gasten in het appartement boven ons. Iedere voetstap was te horen, het verzetten van stoelen, praten etc. En dit zonder ophouden uren lang.

Große Zimmer und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Lage, direkt in der Altstadt und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, trotzdem nachts ruhig. Sehr netter, sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, u.a. bei Mietwagen-Buchung, bei Vorschlägen für Restaurantbesuche und bei Ideen für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Da fällt uns nichts ein. Alles war stimmig.

Wow, what can I say? J&G suites is an absolute gem of a place to stay. It’s right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, just a couple of minutes walk from the harbor. Our host Roula was incredible, going above and beyond by recommending great restaurants nearby and helping us obtain a rental car. We recommend this place highly and would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Chania!
