Kein gesäubertes Zimmer, kein Klopape, trotzdem will YAYS 75 % des Geldes behalten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft kann ich nicht wirklich bewerten, da die Zimmer dreckig und nicht vorbereitet waren als wir ankamen.
YAYS by Numa ist komplett self service und der Check in war schon schwierig, da mein Kollege Probleme hatte via Link oder selbst bei eigenem Einloggen auf den Upload seiner ID zu kommen. Der Service via WhatsApp ist teilautomatisiert und reagiert langsam. Zudem nicht wirklich hilfreich.
Als wir nach einer Konferenz nachts ankamen war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt oder vorbereitet. Kein Klopapier, keine Handtücher, benutzte Betten etc.
Da die Reaktion zu lange dauerte haben wir uns in ein Motel One eingebucht (nach 23:00 Uhr)
Bei der erbetenen Rückerstattung besteht YAYS darauf 75 % des gezahlten Geldes einzubehalten.
Leider das schlechteste Erlebnis mit einem Hotel/Apartment dass ich in den letzten 12 Jahren reiseintensiver Arbeit erlebt habe.

Lovely little apartment. Very helpful staff would go back again.
Pros:

Lovely property, very clean about a 20 minute walk from the old town

Cons:

You can hear the trains just something to know if you’re very light sleeper. The walk back from town at night was okay but maybe I wouldn’t want to do it as a woman on my own so get a cab.

Un desastre reservé con 4 meses de anticipación y un día antes me cambian de Depto a algo mucho inferior

Un día antes de llegar me mandaron un mail y me cambiaron a otro yays de menos categoría en otra ubicación. Yo lo había reservado con 4 meses de anticipación y un día antes de mi viaje me dicen que me tienen que cambiar o que si no estoy de acuerdo me dan de baja la reserva sin costo. El que me dieron era muchísimo peor mucho más chico mucho más incómodo y en una ubicación mala

Is a secure flat with good access to public trnasport
Pros:

The flat was clean apart from some dirty underwear from previous tenant in the second bedroom.

Cons:

The power was off with a circuit breaker tripped when we arrived, this caused the fridge to melt all ice and there were puddles we had to clean ourselves. This circuit breaker tripping happened a few times, The response from the bot was average at best and the team were slow to respond at times. EG When we reported the heating and requested extra blankets this was ignored for 2 days then 1 blanket/quilt was supplied between the 4 of us or the vomit that was in front of the lift was there for at least 12 hours

Very good, clean apartment, but a little out of centre - a little overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

No breakfast provided. Need to use tram or bus to reach centre of city.
