Will not book again.
Cons:

There was no WiFi access and even though I contacted the staff twice their response did not solve the problem, the door to the apartment was left open on arrival and we were not given any hand soap to wash up after using the bathroom.

Pros:

Really nice layout for this type of aparthotel with modern feel and beds were comfortable.
Although not in the city centre the surrounding location was lovely with nice bars/restaurants and transport links to the centre were great.
Check in and out really easy with WhatsApp messages/emails

Pros:

Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr praktische Lage (Bushaltestelle in Nähe), Zimmergrösse nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Coole Wohnung für 4 Personen. Betten sehr bequem. Haben insbesondere die Lage direkt am Wasser sehr genossen, im Wohnzimmer sitzen und den Booten zuschauen war cool :-)

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hätte noch einen Tick mehr sein dürfen (vorallem Küche/Geschirr).

Pros:

Two bedroom apartment, more spacious than most accommodations in Amsterdam city, can manage various sleeping arrangements when travelling with family. Big windows, plenty of light. Big beds, comfortable mattresses, enough towels. Coffee machine compatible with nespresso pods.

Cons:

The cleaning was really imperfect, there was hairs on the floors and on the sheets, dust on the window cases. The fridge had a horrendous smell. The couch was very dirty and had cigarette burns.
The lift did not work, and tough we were promised it will be repaired, it did not happen during our stay. We were promised to be helped with the bags by staff (as we were travelling with 2 small babies and had various bads and strollers) but this did not happen.
There is a small courtyard in the building - someone got sick there, the smell and visuals were horrible, but no cleaning was made during out stay.
Breakfast places or supermarkets are not very close.
We do not know if this is the general standard for Numa - we certainly hope not, but we will not be coming back for sure.

Sitten kun saimme langan päähän asiakaspalvelusta henkilön oli palvelu häneltä ensiluokkaista ja sujuvaa.

Cons:

Saapuessamme huoneeseen ilmanvaihto ei toiminut ja vuodesohva oli rikki.
Jonotimme asiakaspalveluun pari tuntia ja lopulta saimme toisen huoneen.
Huoneeseen kantautui vahva kannabiksen tuoksu, kun sitä poltettiin kerrostasanteella
