Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The hotel’s staff are kind, helpful and courteous. Amazing history that goes with this small 4 bedroom boutique hotel as you will find out when you get the tour of the hotel. Full of antiques and bits & pieces that have been collected by the owners over the last century. Would absolutely recommend it if you are after personalised service and an intimate experience.

Very elegant little hotel. I really liked my room's flourishes. The staff was always available, adaptable, and friendly. The one full breakfast I had was the best of my whole trip. And well located, near historic center and with access to La Cañada and the rest of the city.
Water pressure in shower was a little weak.
The staff was wonderful, especially Julieta - she was very lovely, just a nice person. The area is within the old town,it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions. The lobby/main area of the hotel is historical and beautiful with antique furniture. Breakfast is continental.
The room and bathroom are not very clean. The mattress is hard and not even - it is not flat, it has an incline on one side of the mattress. The window shutters are very dusty.

Es un lugar diferente!! Unico, Un estilo particular. La construccion y la forma que le dieron a la atencion del pasajero lo hace espectacular! La atencion diferenciada al momento de servirte el desayuno te hace sentir DIFERENTE!!
La ubicacion es complicada. Al estar ubicado en una peatonal, no puedes ingresar con el vehiculo, al menos para bajar el equipaje. Eso implica tener que ubicarse en alguna playa cercana y llevar el equipaje como puedas. Obviamente lo mismo ocurre cuando te retiras. NO OBSTANTE VOLVERE PORQUE EL LUGAR Y LA ATENCION ES MARAVILLOSA
