Skvělé, ale snídaně nepřijatelné
Pros:

Poloha hotelu skvělá, zařízení pokoje odpovídající, skvělý výhled na říčku z balkónu. Dala bych vyšší hodnocení než 7, ale snídaně byly ostudné. Nabídka jak za komunismu a především plesnivý chléb, shnilé ovoce atd. Stěžovaly jsme si s kolegyní a personál nebyl moc ochotný, ale pak to nějak řešili, stejně tak paní na recepci. Ale s něčím takovým jsem se snad nikdy nesetkala a doonce je to důvod, proč bych to hotelu už nejela, pokud se toto nezmění. Jinak během pracovního potytu na festivalu skvělé umístění hotelu.

Hotel blízko centra města i blízko promenády. Snídaně dobré. Velmi milá a ochotná paní recepční Olga. Pokoj čistý, postel pohodlná, zařízení pokoje odpovídá spíše 3***. Potěšila mě možnost uvařit si na pokoji čaj. Hotel mohu doporučit.

Upon entering the hotel, Olga will greet you warmly at the reception, she will always kindly prompt and help, she knows Karlovy Vary better than any guide! A room with a view of the river. The quiet sound of water lulls and soothes, after the bustle of the city, and this is a bonus not included in the price! Very convenient location of the hotel, a few minutes' walk from the springs and away from traffic. Nearby is a recreation area with benches and a pond, in the river there is a huge amount of fish and ducks, you can feed them and watch how they share food. Excellent cuisine, the food is varied and delicious. I would especially like to note the chef Malvina, who knows how to create culinary masterpieces from ordinary products!!!
Want to improve your health, you've come to the right place! Going down to the treatment block, you will meet Yana, who with great enthusiasm will guide you through all the procedures and explain their benefits! There is also a great massage therapist working there, after his hands you feel much younger!
Overall, a great hotel with very pleasant, attentive and friendly staff, and this applies to everyone from the cleaners to the waiters and cooks!

Excellent location, excellent treatment facilities, food was fantastic. Kitchen staff and waitresses were professional and pleasant to talk to. One chef from Uzhgorod, Ukraine deserves Michellin star for her beef in dill sauce. Receptionist Olga was very helpful. Overall, excellent stay at the hotel Pavlov.

Cons:

Some dated furniture and not very professional repair in bedroom noted. Didn't affect my stay but would definitely help to make a great first impression. Place is spotless clean so just a minor suggestion really. Biggest issue is definitely very slow Internet. This is why my rating was 9 out of 10.

Lage top, einfach aber für Kurzurlaub in Ordnung

Deutsch schwierig, Schönes Zimmer (208) , alles sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung, Abendessen kann man außerhalb besser genießen. Lage top, Parkplatz für 15 Euro pro Tag zu haben .Sollte man nutzen. Lage optimal alles fusslaufig zu erreichen.

Durch die Sprachbarriere wenig Informationen zu Behandlung im Hotel.
