Pros:

Были в Авантеле на выходные. Выезжали в пятницу, дорога заняла больше 2 часов до отеля. Приехали уже в 8 вечера, пока заселились, на ужин пришли в 19.45, ужин до 20, уже было все съедено. Первый минус, неудобное время завтрака и ужина, завтрак с 8 до 10 утра, утром не поспишь, ужин с 18 до 20 часов, сильно рано.
Номер обшарпанный, кроме мыло ничего, нет гелей, шампуней, нет чайника в номере, одна маленькая подушка на человека. Стандартный номер очень тесный, других не было.
Территория отеля неухоженная, как из советских времен. Правда большая и лес прям сказочный, даже ежика видели на территории отеля. Это главный плюс, ну и второй - Истринское водохранилище, ради чего мы и поехали в этот отель. Но лежаков не хватает, они все грязные, половина сломаны. В субботу на территории отеля было очень много народу, так как отель впускает посторонних в отель, из за этого лежаков нет совсем.
Буфет стандартный, но приходить лучше к началу, иначе все уже закончится.
Спа. Бассейн большой, глубокий, понравился. Но кроме одной сауны ничего больше нет. Народу немного было, так как видимо была жара и народ купался в Истре.
В целом не скажу что отель понравился, главное это Истра и лес, ради чего туда и едут, можно совсем забыть о сервисе в отеле, народ все равно будет ехать.

Выходные в Авантель
Pros:

При бронировании очень долго не могли понять, принята бронь или нет (при звонке в отель говорили что номер не оплачен). Так же было и при обращении в дату заселения. Слишком много детей. О спокойствии можете забыть. Родители сидят пьют в баре, дети в ночи скачут по этажам и орут. При выселении невозможно было связаться с ресепшном. В целом отель выигрывает только своим расположением и территорией. Но больше сюда бы я не вернулась.
