A very comfortable place to stay and would stay here again. Definitely will recommend to others.
Pros:

Very kind and welcoming staff. Loved the ice cold arrival drink and the attention to detail. Extremely comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Loved having the pool outside my door!

Cons:

I was only able to have one hot shower, the water remained cold for the rest. But not a big problem considering the very hot weather.

Great stay and great staff
Pros:

We had to leave another property which wasn’t suitable last minute. This hotel was amazing. We accidentally double booked and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in resolving it. Our apartment was huge and spacious, great WiFi for video calls, 2 lovely pools and many areas to relax. Great location in the centre of Santa Marta, with no noise so we could sleep peacefully

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes Apartment. Gross und gut aufgeteilt mit einem schönen Pool vor der Tür und auch oben auf der Dachterrasse. Sehr gute Lage und sehr hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Die Küche ist zwar gut gedacht, aber schlecht ausgestattet. Zum Kochen nicht geeignet, es reicht gerade so fürs Frühstück. Es fehlt an fast allem, an einigen Elektrogeräten, wie Mixer, Toaster, Besteck ist minimalistisch vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist zwar riesig, aber für was?

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, bonitas y muy limpias.
Atención acogedora; nos recibieron con bebidas refrescantes de cortesía, fueron amables y diligentes.

Pros:

Mega-Apartment!!! Alles hat mir gefallen. Riesig, modern, top ausgestattet und bequem, sogar Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln im Zimmer.... super freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft in meiner 6 Wochen (ca 15 verschiedene Hotels) in Panama und Kolumbien Reise!!

Planned 2 nights, stayed 7!
Pros:

El Cactus is like an oasis where you can retreat from whatever unexpected craziness your journey throws at you! It's modern; very tasteful; beautifully designed and organised; has several outdoor spaces including a swimming pool, rooftop plunge pool and even
a "crows nest" den overlooking the city rooftops and cathedral. Every corner has beautiful plants, all well cared for.
There are only 7 rooms; the security is great; and it all feels quite exclusive.
The cherry on the top, are the friendly, attentive and very professional staff led by Indira: the perfect host ( and Luna, the immaculate cat!)

Cons:

It's not really a criticism, as most guests probably only stay for short periods, but the apartment kitchen is quite basic (not really equipped with utensils for cooking meals from scratch). There is a hob and microwave; a big fridge freezer; and a nespresso machine, so it's great for breakfast and "deliveroo" meals. The main Supermarket and loads of restaurants are within 5mins walk.

Tiene una ubicación céntrica.

Cons:

No funcionaba la campana y practicamente nos ahogamos con el humo de la cocina. Pénsabamos que si funcionaba pero después de días que no salía el humo, nos avisan que la campana no funcionaba! Terribleeee!!!

Bel endroit qui manque de quelques prestations au vu du prix
Pros:

Logement doté de tout confort et bien équipé piscine très agréable
Bonne situation ,le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

On regrettera:qu’il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner et pas de ménage,ni de change de serviettes vu le prix
et une wifi par moment défaillante ce qui ne nous a
pas permis de nous enregistrer sur notre vol et de ce fait payer un surcoût …

L'appartement est assez grand pour 2 personnes.
