Pros:

. Frühstück war ok!

Cons:

ab 20 Uhr ist die Rezeption anscheinend nicht mehr besetzt, daher stand niemand mehr für Fragen persönlich zur Verfügund. Sehr großes verzweigtes Gebäude mit vielen "nicht betreten" Schildern, die verwirrten.

Pros:

sehr speziell mit Tresor und Kuvert mit weiteren Hinweisen. ABER es hat alles geklappt.
Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber und speziell im Gabrium gelegen.
Gute ÖV-Verbindung in die Stadt.
Achtung Tageskarte ist nur für Wien-Stadt.

Cons:

PreisLeistung ist eher an der oberen Grenze. Keine Rezeption, kein Zimmerservice, kein Frühstück für 68.- €

War nicht zufrieden

Das Bett war in Ordnung
Das Bad war sehr groß und schön und sauber

Cons:

Mir wurde an 2 Tagen die Klimaanlage abgedreht bei Außentemperatur von 39 Grad, nach von mir getätigten Anruf wurde sie eingeschalten
Man kann nur 1 x am Tag ausfahren und einfahren, wenn ich zwischendurch ins Hotel wollte und ich dann wieder ausfahren wollte musste ich die Zeit die ich auf den Parkplatz gestanden bin zahlen
Ich hatte über Booking.com 4 Tage gebucht, dass Hotel hatte einen Tag weniger gebucht und so musste ich einen Tag früher abfahren. Hab auch keinen Kontakt zu Booking erhalten, damit ich die Nacht zurück erstattet bekomme.
Der Empfang sollte ab 7.00 in der Früh besetzt sein, leider war um 7.20 noch keiner da und ich musst jemanden anrufen, damit ich meine Zimmerkarte zurückgeben konnte bei der Abfahrt

only very clean room, but no Kettler

Cons:

as professional in tourism ----stating 3 days i never received passport for internet, i need to use Mobil.
staff that i meet in corridor gave me card with passport, it doesn't worked.
Telephone off the hotel doesn't answer . in the instruction to find room was mistake floor.
no Kettler.
little bit strange things.......
