Pros:

Дешевый и Очень чистый отель .На первом этаже многоэтажки , +++++
Из минусов :надо шлепать в гору если не на авто. Соберают дополнительные заборы при заезде (150 руб ) хотя когда заказываешь в online написано что все включено ( мелочи но неприятно )

Отель на тройку
Pros:

Отель расположен в жилом доме. Мой номер был вытянут в длину, очень узкий, телевизор при входе с комнатной антенной, показывает некачественно. В дальнем конце диван, когда я его попытался разложить, оказалось , что форма комнаты позволяет его расположить только по середине, т.е. не к чему прислонить подушку. При разборе дивана, обнаружил под ним использованный презерватив и бутылку воды..
В последний день мне на номер перекрыли воду без предупреждения, в отеле идёт ремонт. Позвонил на ресепшен, сказали через 20 минут дадут. В итоге вода появилась через 2 часа, пришлось ещё 2 раза звонить.
При заезде в номере очень холодно. Нагрелось через сутки , кондиционер и обогреватель не выключал, иначе холод.
