Приветливый персонал. Все очень чисто и уютно. Вкусный завтрак с хорошей подачей. Буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и если приеду в Новгород, то остановлюсь точно в этом отеле.

The staff were very helpful and an english-speaking staff member was available to help me book in and with any questions. My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and my window looked out at an 11th century church - just amazing.
Номер на двоих.Два стакана, два комплекта полотенец. Но кровать стоит прижатой одной стороной к стене. Забираться на нее приходится с одной стороны, через человека. Или заползать на нее со стороны ног. и так же сползать. Это странно. А все остальное хорошо.

Отличный отель в центре города. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Стилизованные номера. Чисто и уютно. Парковка на территории. Отличный завтрак. Правда столиков не очень много. Официанты немного путались =) но это мелочи. Отель находится в историческом здании, по этому лифт отсутствует. Однозначно рекомендую!
Absolutely nice boutique hôtel, with charming employees and great design
I have stayed at this hotel for working trips a couple of times. This time I would just like to comment on the magnificent service in the reception. For reasons not worth mentioning (related to other guests, not the hotel as such), I requested e new room. I was promtly moved to a much nicer room, without any extra costs. The room was a bit cold, but I got extra duvet, and I defenetly reccomend this place! Nice breakfast aswell.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, zentral gelegen und vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer haben verschiedene Namen und entsprechend anders eingerichtet, aber mit viel Geschmack und Liebe. Den Frühstückraum konnte man abends als Aufenthaltsraum nutzen und eigene Getränke mitbringen, da die Bar wie gesagt nach 2 Tagen leer war.
Einzige Minuspunkte:

Nach 2 Tagen gab es kein Bier mehr!!!

Ļoti lieliska viesnīca, lieliska apkalpošana, lielisks dizains un viesnīcas servisa nodrošinājums. Atrašanās vieta, lieliska... 2 min gājienā no Novgorodas cietokšņa.
Новый, в самом центре, современный позитивный дизайн, парковка, чудесный завтрак. Из особенностей - номер для количества человек более 2 будет тесноват (жили в Surf). Само здание 19 века, старинная кирпичная кладка отлично вписана в интерьер.
