Pros:

The first staff (blond lady) was kind and supportive. The price was reseanable for the date we booked.

Cons:

the shower head was broken. The organization was not professional. They just accept cash on desk just in CZK and even return your change in CZK if you pay in Euro! No equipment in the room at all. very basic just towel!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein junges Team mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Die Speisen und Getränke a la carte waren sowohl im Restaurant, als auch in der Bar von sehr guter Qualität.
Kamera überwachter Parkplatz gegen Gebühr war verfügbar.

Milá obsluha v recepci, pokoj čistý, dostatečně útulný → spokojen

Káva nebyla káva - instantní nápoj
Pomerančový nápoj - obarvená voda bez chuti
Ráno stát frontu → špatně

Cons:

vstupní schody → během dne zamést setřít mopem, to je vizitka hotelu → to je co vidíte jako první

Vyborny pomer vykon cena. Velmi dobra snidane. Da se zaparkovat zdarma v prilehlych ulicich. Neberou karty (nainstalovali bankomat u vchodu).

Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms with generous breakfast. Good value. The hotel provides an extensive range of spa treatments but I was just there for the room. Recommended.
