el lugar es bonito, las personas son cálidas, falta variedad en el desayuno y el sector no es agradable, en las noches no es seguro salir caminando del hotel, el sector se siente peligroso

Habitaciones muy cómodas, desayuno normal, lo único es que el aire acondicionado no se puede apagar sin tener que dejar la habitación sin energía
De resto una excelente opción

El servicio excelente, el lugar era muy lindo y cómodo. Es un excelente sitio para descansar. Habían unas irregularidades en la tuberías del baño que hacía que este oliera un poco mal, pero era algo soportable. Está ubicado cerca a la playa y al parque de los novios, lugar donde puedes ir a comer y bailar, solo que en la noche si es solo yda un poco de miedo.

The property was fine, looked nicer than the actually quality of the property. The shower water pressure was not fantastic and it mostly stayed at medium warm. Our room looked nice though!

The staff only spoke Spanish, though a nice young man did give us directions in English once — only saw him the one time. I speak middling Spanish (enough to get around) and my partner elementary Spanish. We were able to ask the staff for directions to the bus station just fine. The staff was overall, cold. Not rude, not mean, but cold.

The location is in the corner of the center which makes everywhere you might want to walk about 10-20min away. There is a public bus station just a 5-8 min walk from the hotel which was the best part about this place!
We were really really peeved when they charged us an absurd penalty for a used towel. We were charged $50,000 COP (a third of the cost of the room for a night) for the towel you step on when you get in and out of the shower. The shower is flush with the floor and it leaks out into the bathroom. We wiped the floor down with it 2 nights in a row. It got dirty. We were charged a penalty. The towels (bath, hand, etc.) are really thin and rough. There’s no chance it costs that much in Colombia to replace that towel, or to simply wash it — or god forbid — bleach it. We felt like we were ripped off. It was not a good check out. But, we didn’t speak enough Spanish to contest it, so we paid. Would not recommend.

La atención del personal excelente, habitaciones muy cómodas. Tiene una terraza muy bonita. Súper recomendado el hotel.

Excelente como siempre.. es la mejor opción a un precio increíble! El servicio es excepcional!! Llevo un año alojandome mensualmente en este lugar y me encanta!! Resalto la labor de la atencion de Katherine y Javier .. son muy amables y la chef wendy cocina espectacular.

Me gusto el hotel es
Muy cómodo y agradable. tiene un diseño elegante. Es perfecto para personas que viajan sola, por rumba o por negocio.

Great service and location. Although they did make a mistake by not giving us 3 single beds eventhough I chose this option and gave them a separate email regarding this too. However everything else was incredible.

A one night stopover in Santa Marta, it was lovely. Clean comfortable room, a great roof terrace and love design details in the decoration of the hotel.
Really helpful staff, a free tour of the city in an electric open sided car, and a very good breakfast

Hotel is nice but location sucks. Didnt feel comfortable walking at night. Standard room is small. I wanted to change to another room but there was no manager at that time. Afternoon lunch was fine, but dinner time I ordered a sandwich and they said it was very good and it wasnt! I took one bite and could not eat it. It was gross! I asked if i can order something else and they said it was fine. When I got the check they would not take the food i dindt finish off the bill. The restaurant manager was rude and said it was not their problem and I had to pay for it! I was so pissed off! That night I was gojng to the bathroom atleast 5 times. One one toilet roll and had to call at 3am to deliver another roll. I Called next morning several of times and receptionists said she was in a meeting. After i called after an hr and still same thing. Finally after 1hr and a half I was able to talk to her but at that point i was fed up! I tried to get my money back for the next 2 nights and ofcourse manager said it was none refundable! I end up booking at another hotel that morning and they kept my money and I didnt even stay there! Horrible customer service!

Very nice hotel, good price for the nice rooms and restaurant

Professional and highly efficient and competent staff. Great work. Santa Marta Historic District could be sometimes chaotic for the unfamiliarized tourist.

A very good hotel, recently built with very nice decor. Good location to all the main sites and the beach. Staff extremely helpful and friendly with excellent service standards. One of a few hotels with hot water by the way in Santa Marta. Nice views from the hotel rooftop bars. Best Jacuzzi experience you will ever have so take your swim stuff

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions, and it is half finished at best. My last stay could not be more displeasing. The shower flooded two seperate rooms which we had booked, on person slipped and hurt themselves. The hotel couldn't give us any more towels an hour after check in because someone had taken the linen closet key home. We had to stay in a flooded room the entire night, only to be switched to a room the next day with no hot water and a leaking pipe in the roof. I expected a relaxing two day stay that turned into a nightmare. The hotel manager gave us 10 percent off our bill to compensate us. The only good thing about the hotel is the resraurant makes amazing food, once you overlook the stapeled together paper menu. This is a poorly constructed building that lacks the management of a classy hotel. I will not be staying here again.
