Disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good and I liked that there were 2 bedrooms.

Cons:

hotel forgot to leave keys at reception, reception closes an hour before the check-in time, so I waited an hour on street with my bags. Rooms were sparse, wires showing, cheap battered furniture. Not worth the $$$!

Ich hatte eine gute und entspannte Zeit in Kopenhagen.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Oesterport ist wirklich gut und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ein Geschäft, wo man bis nach 20 Uhr das Wichtigste einkaufen kann.

Cons:

TV. Die Fernbedienung war nicht intuitiv :- )

Pros:

¡Qué maravillosa estancia!

Pasamos una semana en uno de los apartamentos del Hotel 9 små hjem y, la verdad, no tenemos suficientes palabras para agradecer el confort, la comodidad y la sensación de "hogar" que sentimos desde que llegamos hasta que nos marchamos.

El apartamento está equipadísimo, las instalaciones son modernas, el entorno, magnífico y las comunicaciones con el centro de la ciudad, excelentes. El bus 23 pasa, literalmente, por delante de la puerta, y en menos de 20 minutos, te deja a un paso de las principales atracciones turísticas de Copenhague.

Además, cruzando la calle, hay un Min Købmand (el equivalente a un SPAR), no muy grande, pero sí suficientemente surtido con frescos, frutas y alimentos básicos que hacen posible no tener que caminar más lejos para llenar la nevera. Y justo enfrente está el Meyers Bageri, una panadería / pastelería con deliciosos panes y pasteles espectaculares.

Aunque el apartamento no cuenta con lavadora propia, en la zona de patio - jardín interior se accede fácilmente al área de lavandería, perfectamente organizada y con varias lavadoras disponibles para hacer coladas pequeñas, medianas o grandes.

Asimismo, nos resultó extremadamente sencillo hacer el check in, con instrucciones suficientes y muy claras para acceder al apartamento.

¡Mil gracias, Hotel 9 små hjem, por hacer posible una estancia tan cálida y memorable! ¡Un abrazo enorme a todo el equipo!

Helt ok men vissa brister som rumstemperatur, sängutrustning och belysning.
Pros:

Att det var rymligt och låg i markplan. Rent och välstädat. Bekväma sängar. Många galgar. Gott om toalettpapper. Bra med en voucher med frukostrabatt i butiken mittemot. Relativt tyst och lugnt. Välutrustat med husgeråd.

Cons:

Hög nivåskillnad från tröskel ner till golv från dörren in till boendet. Sätt gärna ett litet varningsmeddelande om det, så att man inte trillar in i hallen. Väldigt kallt i rummen vid ankomsten. Spartansk inredning. Många ljuskällor saknades i taklampan i hallen och ena sänglampan funkade inte heller. Endast en huvudkudde per säng, två stycken per säng hade behövts. Anvisningar för sopsortering för krångliga, markera hellre på själva avfallskorgarna vad man får slänga där.

Lovely spacious room; nice & quiet with garden access; great location; BUT basin needs replacing & drain needs

When you ran the basin tap fast (the cold tap runs warm to start & you have to run it for a while for it to run cold) the drain backs up & floods the bathroom floor; the same thing happens when you empty a full basin of water. Not good
