Villa Thai Orchid - Adults Only

Villa Thai Orchid is a short cab ride from the airport and located within the old city of Chiang Mai. The staff is excellent, friendly, very accommodating, professional and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there was insufficient hot water for a few hours, but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. It is a short walk to restaurants, temples, shopping, bars and museums. Even those other places are an inexpensive Grab ride away.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Property is extremely well kept. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

1. 왜 예약하는 게 쉽지 않은가 이해할 정도로 상당히 쾌적한 곳이다.
2. 보통은 웰컴 티를 주는데 이곳은 웰컴 슬리퍼를 준다. 집에 가져갈 수 있다.
3. 24시간 먹을 수 있는 음료와 다과가 로비에 구비되어 있다.
4. 1박만 지내도 빨래 서비스를 해 준다. 그리고 이미 다양한 후기에 있지만 섬유 유연제 향이 한국에 와도 진하게 난다.
5. 위치가 올드시티내 어디든 가기 편한 곳에 있다.
6. 샤워기 필터에 변화가 전혀 없을 정도로 물이 깨끗했다.
7. 직원 모두가 상당히 친절하다. 나는 체크 아웃하면서 짐을 맡기고, 일정을 보낸 뒤에 다시 와서 옷을 갈아입고 공항으로 갈 때까지 짐을 맡아 주었다. 그리고 저울이 있어 무게를 미리 잴 수 있어 상당히 편했다.

[생각해 볼 점]
1. 각 호수별로 신발을 밖에 보관한다. 분실 염려 있긴 하였지만 지내는 동안 문제는 없었다.

2. 어떤 팀과 숙박하느냐가 소음에 큰 영향을 미친다. 일단 윗층의 화장실 소음도 들릴 정도이고, 같은 층의 방을 드나드는 소음도 들린다. 조용한 팀들이 있다면 조용할 것 같은데, 나는 새벽에 시끄럽게 들어오는 한 팀이 있어서 새벽에 깼다.

The staff at our B& B was fantastic! They did our laundry everyday if we put it out at no charge! They were very accommodating. Carried our Heavy luggage to the 3rd floor for us. Breakfast every day for 150baht which is about $4.50. I would definitely go back there again!

La struttura per quanto semplice è davvero pulita, comoda ed in ottima posizione. Staff molto gentile e apprezzabili le ciabatte da camera in stile thai omaggiate. È nel pieno del centro storico con templi stupendi e molti ristoranti nei dintorni.

I made this reservation last minute, due to needing an unexpected night stay in Chiang Mai. Property was great! The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was good too, but the best part was the free laundry!

직원분들 모두 친절하고, 영어 잘 통하고, 룸은 관리가 매우 잘되어있어요. 저희는 1박하고 빠이로 이동했는데, 먼저 짐을 맡아주겠다고 하시고, 옷도 바구니에 넣어서 가져오면 빠이왔다가 돌아왔을때 세탁한것을 주시겠다고 했어요. 빠이 버스예약 대행도 해주시고,.아침 조식도 몇가지 중에 선택인데 다 맛있었어요.
단 하나의 불편함도 없고, 대 만족입니다.
위치도 살짝 메인거리에서 들어가서 조용하고요.
다음에 오게되어도 또 예약할것입니다.
고민 중이시면 무조건 예약하세요.

An amazing small hotel
One of the best I have ever stayed in

petit hotel par la taille ( 10 chambres),mais grand par la qualité de l'accueil,du service, quel bonheur d'y avoir séjourné.Emplacement idéal dans la vielle ville,petite rue calme,à 50 m du sunday night market.on peut tout faire à pied.petit déjeuner très bon.A environ 15' de l'aéroport (prix taxi 150 bath/ 5 euro).Une vraie pépite.

The staff is very nice and so thoughtful. Convenient location in ancient city of Chiang Mai. And has dilicious breakfast at this hotel. Laundry service is good.

I cannot say enough about Villa Thai Orchid! The is the epitome of value for money, any time I come back to Chiang Mai this is the only place I will stay. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they have free snacks, waters and free laundry service! The breakfast is great and cooked to order daily. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. And the location is perfect to get anywhere in the city. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

정말 깨끗하고 스탭들도 너무 친절해서 하루 하루 기분좋게 보냈어요. 청결상태도 너무 좋은데 샤워 배수가 잘 안되던 점이 약간 아쉬워요. 그래도 다시 치앙마이에 간다면 꼭 이용할거예요.

Look no further! This is a 5 star family run hotel, every detail from free laundry service, made to order breakfast, top quality consumable products, high thread count sheets, comfortable mattress, new slippers every guest, 24 hr refreshments, cookies , yogurt etc, best location in the old city. You won’t go wrong staying here, short or long term stay. Every detail of this hotel is meticulously taken care of. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions. Definitely coming back.
