Captain's House

The position opposite the port was fabulous and the hotel so loved by the owners just felt wonderful.

Had a great stay here - friendly, clean and great location. Staff were all very welcoming, highly recommend

Great place to stay. On the harbour front. Quiet, clean, amazing views, wonderful breakfast...Kathy somehow manages make her own cakes, pastries and preserves for breakfast. Simply the best for an establishment of this type. It takes hard work to keep up such standards and Kathy deserves much praise for managing this so well. I hope she keeps on forever ! Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και για οικογένειες.
Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό με πολύ ενέργεια και αγαπη για την δουλειά τους.

Jättetrevligt hotell centralt i Skala på Patmos. Man blir väl omhändertagen av värdinnan och frukosten är fantastisk.

Brilliant hotel with exceptional service! Location, value, hospitality, service - it's simply wonderful. Shower is a blast, fridge works, wifi good...comfy bed...spent, no - lived, 2+ weeks being pampered by Katy & her staff. Light & sweet Greek breakfast... I was pre-season, so no need for pool which was being prepped, but lay in the sun. I got to see the amount of preparation she put in to meet folks from May-Oct...good stuff! Will & plan to visit again!

Patmos is a lovely island, which despite its popularity with day trippers manages to avoid the excesses of mainstream tourism. It has retained its charm and authenticity. The Captains House is ideally situated on the front, within easy reach a good range of restaurants. It has an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The breakfast is excellent, the owners charming and I highly recommend a stay here.

Really great position next to the ferry port. Not as busy as that sounds as you are on the edge of town. You can see all the ships come in and out of the harbour being so close yo the sea.
You are in the perfect spot on the edge of town but because it is small it's just two minutes to the centre.
Breakfast is great
Rooms are small as is the balcony but plenty big enough for two.
Beds are the most confortable we have had in two weeks.

lovely, lovely hotel - my favourite on Patmos. Peaceful, clam, serene. Clean and well ordered. Fantastic spot, right on waters edge. Good breakfast, beautifully prepared. Will look no further now for my ideal hotel on Patmos

Vi var litt misfornøyde med det første rommet vi fikk da det ikke var i samsvar med bestillingen. Dette ble derimot endret og vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold.

Great Location near the Port. Modern und very clean rooms and good breakfast.
We booked a room with sea view but upon arrival were told they only have another room for us (pool view into a courtyard). Woman was not very friendly about it. The atmosphere in this hotel was not very welcoming. We went island hopping to several Islands and all other places had nicer hosts.
Hotel itself is very nice and in great location. Bus stop 2 minutes away.

Sehr nettes Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Top Lage ( nur 1min vom Hafen entfernt). Frühstück direkt am Meer oder Terasse. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß mit Balkon und sehr sauber.

Très bon rapport qualité prix . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est frais varié et abondant . Très bonne localisation par rapport au ferry . La chambre est jolie et la salle de bain moderne avec un balcon Terrasse. La piscine est grande et propre . Je recommande !

I loved to stay at Captain´s house. It is very close to the port and if you like you can see all the ships going in and out. Also you can take your breakfast on the terrace outside.
What I like most, was the staff. It is a family operated house and all the people there fill it with friendlyness and love. There was really nothing to complain about.....only to say THANK YOU to all and especially to Sozoula for the beautiful time. You made my holidays great. See you next time!!!
