Nice experience in a historic property with a hopping expresso garden- unique experience!
Pros:

Great location, great vibes, great environment, fun activities. A historic property; generally well-maintained. The staff, throughout the property was exceptional- friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and efficient!

Cons:

The room we were in is probably up for remodeling. The historic room had a non-functioning whirlpool. It had two sinks but only one was operational. The TV reception lost connection several times. The room was otherwise well-appointed , roomy and comfortable.

Excelentes dias em Wilmington.
Pros:

Localização. Perto de tudo em Downtown. Era possível fazer tudo andando na região. Atendimento excelente. A moça que me recebeu foi muito prestativa e simpática. Acomodação de bom tamanho. Ótimo banho. Roupa de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Quarto bem equipado.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei tinha um lado em que a luz que vinha de fora entrava. À noite, pra dormir, o quarto não ficava totalmente escuro.

Cozy hotel with a personal touch.
Pros:

Loved my room, on site parking and the cute courtyard lit up with gas tables for s’mores.

Cons:

If you are staying in a first floor room the music playing into the night from the patio and kitchen was a bit loud.
