Rooms show noticeable signs of wear. Our first room had such thin walls one could hear normal-tone conversations from next door. The room had no coffee maker, and the phone did not have a dial tone.
Breakfast, which is purportedly very good, does not start until 8:30 AM. Definitely not geared to early travelers.
Reception is terrible. After a call to the hotel did not find our reservation; we rebooked, and they charged us twice, although the receptionist said she would straighten out the account. On top of that, they overcharged,
There are better places to stay.
This hotel is a 3 star at best. The first room we were given had walls made of paper, you could follow the normal conversation next door. No raised voices at all. It also had no coffee maker, considering that this hotel does not offer breakfast until 8:30 AM, this is a problem. The phone did not work, could not call reception.
The rooms are ok not updated, with signs of wear.
When we first made reservations, we did not get any confirmation, and in a call to the hotel 2 weeks later, they told us they had no such reservation. We made a new reservation through Booking. When we arrived there, they said we had 2 reservations! We explained and the receptionist said she would take care of it.
When we checked the charges, they double-charged, and one of the reservations was overcharged.
All around, not worth the hassle. Will definitely stay somewhere else.

P.S. my wife said there was a slight smell in both rooms and the hallway. Our phone didn't work in the first room + no coffee machine. Not what you expect for that kind of $

It was mostly a positive experience -- pool was nice, hot tub worked well, lobby staff were friendly.
Just a few suggestions:
1) We called the front desk to ask if towels would be provided at the beach (since we were out and wanted to avoid returning to the hotel just to get towels). The receptionist told us yes, but then there were no towels at the beach station for Altair. This was unfortunate with young kids especially and we ended up leaving early due to the inconvenience.
2) The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. -- while the salads, baked goods were great, the omelet station didn't work the duration of our stay. Young kids don't eat the salads, so not having eggs was a minus. Also, was quite difficult to get a cappuccino and no option to charge drinks to the room or take the coffee back to the room.
3) The shower with the half-door design does not work very well. We ended up flooding the bathroom floor even while turning the shower head towards the wall and trying to keep the water in. Just not a very logical setup for a shower!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay earned one.
From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, it seemed like there was a new problem every single day.
We checked into a room with visible roaches running around. The hotel apologized and promised to upgrade us to a room with a balcony. The “upgrade” didn’t even have a balcony, so we had to move yet again and didn’t finally get settled until around 12:30 a.m. on our first night.
The next day, housekeeping somehow rolled one of my AirPods and my white dress shirt into the bedding. The AirPod ended up in the hotel laundry, and because I could still track it from my phone, I eventually dug through the hotel’s laundry myself to recover it. The shirt was never found. While staff made some effort to help, the fact that I had to search through hotel laundry to recover my own property is absurd.
Because we were observing Shabbat, my wife specifically asked whether we could bring sealed cans of soda to our meals. She was told yes. We relied on that answer, only to have the kosher supervisor come to our table during the meal and tell us the drinks had to go. If the answer was no, just tell us no. Don’t tell guests one thing and then embarrass them in front of everyone.
We also requested a Shabbat-compatible room setup. The hotel gave us a physical key but never disabled the energy-saving system, so every time the key was removed, the lights shut off. We explained the issue, yet nothing was done. That completely defeated the purpose of the accommodation.
Then came the final straw. After checkout, we left our luggage with the hotel for safekeeping. When it was returned, our belongings were soaked in Coca-Cola because another guest’s cans had leaked onto our bags while they were in the hotel’s storage room. When I reported the damage, I was essentially told to take it up with the other guest. No. My luggage wasn’t in the other guest’s custody—it was in yours.
Any hotel can have an isolated mistake. What separates a good hotel from a bad one is how it responds. Unfortunately, this stay was defined by repeated failures, broken promises, poor communication, and an unwillingness to take ownership when things went wrong.
I left disappointed, frustrated, and with less confidence in this property than I have had in almost any hotel I’ve stayed in. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests don’t have the same experience.

A cama era muito confortavel me abraçava e eu dormia igual pedra...
Muitas coisas....pelas fotos, preços, e localização esperava muito mais... os funcionários do café são super mal humorados ...mal abre a boca pra responder alguma coisa te tratam como se tivessem te fazendo um favor...o cara dos omeletes falava bom dia ele nem respondia...so teve um dia que ele sorriu foi quando falamos c ele fora do restaurante fora isso nao queria nem ouvir ...
Os quartos cheiram forte cheiro de umidade com mofo...minha alergia gritou.. pois tem tapetes que nos 5 dias que fiquei não foram aspirados...
No primeiro dia de limpeza eu tinha um casamento, saí a manhã toda não limparam ai quando vim me arrumar as 14 a mulher quis entrar, falei que ia tomar banho e me arrumar pra ela voltar em 1 hora mas ela disse que tinha que ir embora pra outro hotel então deixei ela entrar enquanto me arrumava..ela so arrumou a cama e catou as toalhas do banheiro e pós outra....não aspirou o quarto não passou um pano no banheiro não limpou nada....por isso sempre levo comigo um kit de lysol (desinfetante em lenço ou spray mini) lenço de álcool.. e eu mesmo limpo vaso ..torneiras coloco spray nos lençóis... e por ai vai...
Na pia do banheiro tinha uma crosta de sujeira atrás da torneira todo dia acordava ia escovar os dentes e ja via aquela nojeira...
Os papéis de parede tudo soltando paredes c pedacos de umidade....achei q os quartos precisam de reforma urgente...de longe parece chiquerrimo mas de perto da pra ver q ta na hora de trocar carpete por piso frio ou carpete de madeira.... melhorar os banheiros...meu banheiro tava c barulho de vazamento mas depois q reclamei melhorou...
Usei um balm para dor nas costas o que deixou o lençol amarelo e nem assim o lençol foi trocado... além do que teve um dia que cheguei meu lençol estava encharcado nao estava úmido estava muito molhado e elas vieram c papo que era spray pra alisar a cama mas eu nao acho q tenha sido, perguntou se queria que trocasse mas acabei deixando depois da explicação vai que vinha um pior..
The hotel is in a perfect location. The hotel provides breakfast with each reservation which is a huge plus. You have the pool on the rooftop & the Ovo restaurant for dinner if you'd like. I went alone to recharge and relax!!!
