Russo-Balt Hotel

I would give this hotel 3 stars not 5. Rooms look tired and service reminds me the old Soviet times. Nobody smiles to you.

The best hotel service have experienced in my entire life till date. Amazing experience. Super classic. The staffs smile always. And great food. Love them all there. Really awesome. Salute to those staffs working there. Especially, the manger at the front desk called ‘Sergei ‘. He is a gem. One in millions may be. Will always stay there in my future trips.

Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Juwel. Hier stimmt einfach alles: vom sehr freundlichen und professionellen Personal bis zum wunderschönen, sehr komfortablen und großzügigen Zimmer (Junior Suite). Alles ist liebevoll, edel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Eines der raren Hotels, das man dank seinem Charakter, Charme und Stil nicht vergessen wird. Auch die Lage und Preis-Leistung sind hervorragend. Grosse Klasse! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

The location is good between New and old Rabat Street, the staff are friendly.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Haven’t had breakfast which was included in the rate, but the dining area and the menu both looked great.

Endroit calme, boutique hôtel. Personnel très gentil et serviable, mais l’hotel Est démodé, la cuisine ferme à 21h30, il n’y a pas vraiment de bar et un lobby inexistant. Donc pas d’esprit « boutique hôtel » malgré seulement 20 chambres. Adresse correcte cependant, chambres confortables et grandes. Le Kremlin est à 10 minutes à pied.

Bella struttura d'epoca a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Cremlino. Camera molto confortevole, grande, con alti soffitti, pulita; idem il bagno. La prima colazione è varia e di qualità, anche se bisogna indicare la sera precedente cosa si vuol mangiare l'indomani; mi raccomando la puntualità (si deve specificare anche la fascia oraria), altrimenti i pancakes saranno freddi! Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'attiguo e comunicante ristorante (ci è stato detto solo all'ultimo, la sera del 31/12, e non al momento della prenotazione con il personale dell'hotel, che non accettavano pagamenti con carta di credito, almeno per gli alcolici, il che ci ha costretto ad andare a mangiare altrove), ma - seppur grave per un albergo di questo livello - ciò non muta il giudizio più che positivo

Everything nice and beautiful,except the room which was. Super small. And slightly inconvenient breakfast set up where there is no buffet and you have to order the food the night before
