Ótimo lugar!
Pros:

Localização excelente. Desta vez ficamos num quarto com sacada para a rua, então tivemos uma visão privilegiada do movimento. Ótimo. O quarto é bem confortável, espaço bonito. O serviço de recepção foi ótimo, estávamos em contato desde antes de chegar na hospedagem. Touro joia!

Bom custo benefício mas atenção aos detalhes para entrar.

Da localização, limpeza e espaço ótimos.

Cons:

Faltou o shampoo. Na entrada do prédio tem 2 teclados, um preto, que depois de digitar a senha 3x soube ser o interfone pela funcionária e o cinza este sim o do código da entrada, que também tinha de digitar o # para funcionar. Nada foi dito antes. O ap é simples.

Localização e custo benefício excelentes.
Pros:

Lugar super central, perto de tudo. Mercado, bares, comércio, padarias, supermercado, museu. Colado a casa de Cultura Mário Quintana. Tem estacionamento na frente. Cama confortável, tudo que precisa pra sua estadia. Precisa de algo que não encontrou? O pessoal da recepção do flat te ajuda e ainda podes contar com a assistência pelo whats. Recomendo.
