Horrível!!
Pros:

Não gostei de nada. Muito inseguro. O marco da porta caiu quando entrei. Não tinha como trancar a porta.

Cons:

A porta não ficava trancada. Ao mudar para o outro apto no dia seguinte a geladeira não funcionava. Não havia atendente a partir das 14h até às 8h do dia seguinte. Tudo que aconteceu comigo não tive suporte para solucionar na hora.
