Great access to Belgrade!
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to access transport to explore the city. Many local restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not worth the extra money. The selection was very basic, and some of the food was stale.

Pros:

Приятный номер и персонал, 10 минут пешком до всех достопримечательностей

Cons:

Окна выходят на проезжую часть, очень шумно от транспорта и местных баров, особенно в субботу вечером. На завтраке очень много кружек для кофе были грязные.

Helt ok för priset
Pros:

Vi hade bokat ett rum men när vi kom dit tyckte en i personalen att vi skulle få ett större rum. Även lösningsorienterade när det visade sig att parkeringen vi hade bokat hade någon annan ställt sig på. Men det ordnade de upp smidigt.

Något hårda sängar o lite bullrig gata utanför då spårvagnarna dundrade förbi

מלון סביר במרכז העיר.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר נראית טובה לגבי אורחים שאינם כפופים לדרישות הכשרות כמונו, אך היא לא מצטיינת בשפע רב.
מיקום המלון במרכז העיר מאפשר הגעה בהליכה לרוב האתרים העיקריים לרבות בית חב"ד .
נציגי הקבלה שירותיים ועניניים, בעייה של נעילת הכספת בחדר טופלה במהירות, וגם בעיה של אי ירידת מים באסלה טופלה אך לא באופן מושלם. הנציגים מחייכים אך לא יוזמים או מגלים עניין במתן עצות לאורחים לגבי ההתנהלות בעיר.
האינטרנט היה ברמה מצוינת.

Cons:

לא ביקשנו חדר שקט אלא ביקשנו חדר בקומה נמוכה שפונה לרחוב או לעיר. אכן, קיבלנו חדר בקומה ראשונה, אך הוא פנה לחצר אחורית מוזנחת. לא ביקשנו להחליף את החדר בגלל שהגענו עייפים בשעה מאוחרת, ויש יתרון מסויים בחדר שקט.
החדר לא נוקה היטב. המצעים סודרו ללא החלפה, המגבות הוחלפו, חודשו הסבון הנוזלי וקפסולות הקפה, אך השטיח לא נוקה כלל, והרצפה בחדר האמבטיה ובמקלחון לא נשטפה במהלך כל השהות בחדר. האביזר שעליו תולים את ידית המקלחת היה רעוע והסתובב על צירו. לא היתה קופסת טישו בחדר האמבטיה.
ראוי היה להוסיף ידית אחיזה בטיחותית במקלחון וגם מתקן תליה למגבת פנים בצד הכיור. ירידת המים באסלה לא הייתה אחידה, לעיתם המים לא התמלאו מייד במיכל אלא רק לאחר מספר לחיצות. המרחק בין השולחן למיטה מצומצם מדי ואינו מאפשר מעבר נוח גם ללא הכסא שמוצב שם.
בחדר האוכל פעל רק עובד אחד שהיה שקוע במלאכתו ללא יצירת קשר עם האורחים, והוא ערך וניקה את השולחנות בחיפזון תוך הזזת כסאות ברעש מיותר.
לסיכום : הרושם הוא שעובדי המלון ממלאים את תפקידם בצורה סבירה ללא שאיפה לשלמות או הצטיינות, כנראה בעיה של ניהול רופף.

Très sympa, sauf clim à corriger.

L'amabilité du personnel, l'architecture et l'emplacement de l'Hôtel, le petit déjeuner, etc.

Cons:

La climatisation dans la chambre ne peut être orientée suivant besoin, elle souffle toujours en direction du lit ce qui fait qu'on peut facilement tomber malade, à corriger urgemment

A good hotel in a nice area of Belgrade
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel , especially the staff . Sonja at front desk is extremely efficient and helpful when I needed a small battery for my computer mouse . The hotel is in a good area with restaurants and shops all withing 10 minutes walking , good sound proofing from the road noise and good aircon. Bathroom is a good size . There was a wide choice at breakfast with 2 coffee machines and a choice of 6 teas . There were cereals, breads, fruit , scrambled eggs, sausages , mushrooms , salad , local cakes , croissants and more . There is a restaurant but we did not try it for lunch or dinner.

Cons:

We had room 202, be aware that room size in 18 sq. mt which is quite small . The safe was not working so staff lent us a master key . The overhead forest shower did not work , but the spray hand shower did. The small tabletop ironing board provided is not practical, a full sized board is easier to press clothing . There is no iron in the room , but it was supplied on request. The photocopied paper on the breakfast tables asking guests to place crockery and cutlery on the trolley is not what I expected in a 4 star hotel, may be they were short staffed those 3 days we stayed . I noticed that a Serbian tour guide ignored the request !! But these small things did not detract us from an overall enjoyment of this hotel.

Not terrible, but could be better
Pros:

The location is good and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

Our bathroom was falling apart, e.g. the shower head holder wasn't attached properly, so it kept pivoting upside down. Breakfast was mediocre at best (and often cold).

Genel olarak her şey mükemmeldi, otel her yere çok yakındı. Temizlik ve personel çok ilgiliydi.
Pros:

Merhaba,

Otel tramvaya çok yakın olduğu için bir tek ses konusunda rahatsızlık duyduk, yoksa otelin tüm hizmetleri ve otelden çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Gürültü biraz rahatsız ediciydi.
