Last time I am staying there
Pros:

Location is great and kind staff.

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke. Things falling apart in the room - ie. shower head not properly installed, toilet paper holder off the wall. Overall felt dirty in the room. Television was on an X rated channel when we turned the tv on which is unsettling. Breakfast food is unappetizing in a dirty musky basement.

Modern szálloda a városközpontban.
Pros:

A szállás központi helyen van, új, modern. Az épületben lift van, az is rendben. Kényelmes bútorokkal, ággyal. Modern és tiszta a fürdőszoba, sok ajándék kiegészítőkkel, sok törölközővel. A klíma hatékony, új. Bőséges kontinentális reggelit kaptunk. Parkolót kértünk, a ház előtt utcán biztosítottak helyet, a bejáratnál. A személyzet kedves, együttműködő.

Cons:

Semmi. Minden rendben volt.

Ubicación accesible con bastante transporte público. Desayuno completo y variado en opciones.

Cons:

Ruido excesivo del tranvía en la calle principal si tienes que abrir la ventana, y tuvimos que pedir dos veces papel del baño que no habían repuesto al limpiar la habitación.

Accessible 24/7 reception

Cons:

Breakfast was not vegetarian-friendly, food with meat was not marked.
In the room, they have a tea and coffee table but you have to pay for both tea and coffee from your own room. Made me feel very uncomfortable and erased the feeling of hospitality. I think providing a few free of charge coffee capsules would not ruin the hotel. And if they want to only sell coffee, they can sell it in the bar.

Pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor: falta panquecas, sumo laranja.. o hotel corresponde a 3 estrelas… precisa remodelação em vários aspetos, mas para um estadia curta é bom.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja i obsługa - to chyba jedne plusy. Z hotelu wszędzie jest blisko, a obsługa od razu reaguje na każdy problem i stara się go rozwiązać.

Cons:

Hotel jest stary ale to nie jest największym problemem.
Otrzymałam pokój przy drodze więc o 5 rano obudziły mnie tramwaje (to jest niezależne od hotelu), jednak moją uwagę przykuła wielka dziura w brudnej firanie i zepsuta toaleta. Po zgłoszeniu problemów do recepcji dostałam inny pokój, jednak nikt go nie sprawdził i tu również był problem z toaletą - spłuczka odpadał od ściany :) do tego drobiazgi jak krusząca się ekoskóra z obicia lóżka czy zerwane żabki od zasłony, która spadała - niby nic ale pokazuje podejście do gości.
Na koniec śniadanie - bardzo nie polecam, jak jeszcze hotel dla niektórych może obronić się lokalizacją tak śniadanie już niczym

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work the first night, but after we reported it to the front desk, it was fixed the very next day. On the second day, the toilet’s flush didn’t work. In general, some things in the bathroom are showing their age (silicone seals, faucets, door frames that have already disintegrated due to water/moisture, etc.) and need to be renovated. This applies to many rooms. You can tell that the place is cleaned thoroughly, but renovations will be necessary over time. Having vacuum cleaners left in the hallways all day could pose a safety risk in an emergency. Please have this addressed for safety reasons—Note: The CityTax payment also includes “Osiguranje” insurance for each individual night’s stay, but this insurance will not cover issues related to safety—I’m pointing this out because it’s an easily resolvable issue, and I’d like to continue staying at this hotel in the future.
I've been staying at this hotel on and off for years. Until now—including when booking through Booking.com—the conversion rate from euros to RSD has always been close to the daily exchange rate, at about 1%. During my last booking and payment, I noticed that the difference is now at about 2.5%.
