Mark Hotel Belgrade

The Mark Hotel is centrally located in the shopping district of Belgrade. Very close to all the lines for transportation around the city.
The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and the breakfast in the -1 restaurant was great!
At around $100 (USD) per night it was a good value and we always felt safe in and around the hotel. The hotel is no smoking in the rooms which for us was also a plus. All the restaurants and bars in the area are all smoking. It was nice to have a room that hadn’t been a smoking room.
Unfortunately our travel was for a family medical emergency but the hotel allowed us to pay day by day since our situation was unpredictable. We were very grateful for the flexibility in booking.
All in all we greatly enjoyed our accommodations and the staff were amazing.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, clean, and cleaning staff were meticulous in keeping the room clean and tidy. Transportation from and to the airport was a nice plus. Breakfast was plentiful, although it seemed to be more of a brunch than breakfast, which suited me well given my body clock. I would stay here again.

Konum olarak çok güzeldi. Temiz bir otel fakat önünden geçen metrelik yoldan gidiş geliş neredeyse 24 saat tranway geçiyor . Yaz mevsiminde gittiğimiz için rahatsız ett..Ayrıca kahvaltısı çok zayıf.

Very often we are in Belgrade and usually using hotels closest to Knez Mihajlova Street and unfortunately many of them are just disappointing. And at our last visit by coincidence we booked Mark Hotel and such nice surprise. Small boutique hotel just maybe 6 year old in pristine condition. Staff and service professional, friendly from receptionist to barmen. But most important for us was accommodation. Room large,clean, interior beautiful. Bad comfortable, fridge full, complimentary coffee with nespreso machine , daily cleaning and ecetra. Position of hotel is perfect and close to all city attractions walking distance. We sincerely recommend Mark hotel.
P.S just 50 metres away you must visit Sokoj restaurant.

The room was nice and being centrally located made it easy to walk to all the places I wanted to see. On the flip side my night coincidended with a large protest that kept me up from the noise, not the hotels fault obviously.

Otopark sıkıntısı var. Asansör yetersiz. Oda küçük. Kahvaltı zayıf. İslami hassasiyet az.

Nice and clean room. Good service both from the reception, housekeeping and the plumber. 😇
The hotel had a very good location that made me reach very easily the destinations that I wanted to reach.
The only things that I wanted to be better, was:
They have to check more often the coffee machine about emptying the water and the capsules that were there from the previous guests!
The jacuzzi had to be fixed since the half part of it didn't worked.

It well located in Belgrade. You can safely walk anywhere.

A very strange situation with the hotel.
Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate it. We arrived at 1 a.m., barely made it, in the end, at the reception, the employee told me that a message had come to me that we would be accommodated in another hotel.
Nothing like that came, but there were messages about transfers and excursions.
Why we are accommodated in another hotel is unclear. It's a good thing that the employee called a taxi for us. But he also told us the name of the hotel, we found it on the map and asked if it was the same hotel. To which we received an agreement.
In the end, the taxi took us to a different place, and it turned out that the names were similar and we had found the wrong hotel on the map. Fortunately, the hotel we ended up in was just as good, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I have to lower my rating for this situation.

Great central location close to main attractions, good restaurants and shopping street. Large clean room, overall great stay

great value and central location. breakfast is not worth having, but many restaurants and cafes are nearby. try restaurant Lovac 3 blocks away

Everything was grade location to public transportation which only u need in belgrade, room, breakfast, especially to people who work there the most kindest, helpful, supportive peoples front desk assistance we really appreciated thanks for everything especially to mr vok

Excellent stay in Hotel Mark as always. Very good and friendly service, calm and comfortable room and a breakfast that includes everything you need for the day. At check in I got a room upgrade that made my day. The location of the hotel is very convenient, in a commercial district on walking distance from the city centre.

Noise is high.

Great stay and everything worked well. Marko and Slobodan were very helpfull. The room was very clean and the location was perfect for my business requirements. The parking spot Just in front od d the hotel saved a lot of time. I will definately come back again ;)

The location of Hotel Mark is excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. High-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a work desk made it perfect for business travelers. There is also a parking space, but very limited (only few parking spots), so you should ask for a parking spot beforehand.

Nice and conveniently located hotel in downtown Belgrade. Rooms were surprisingly big with a couch - good bed and modern amenities, breakfast downstairs was also nice. Staff was OK and polite. The only small down is that there was only one small lift - but the hotel is not that huge so it was sufficient. Frankly Belgrade is probably not the most glamourous in Europe but it is young and lively and you are within a walking distance of most spots including bars and restaurants when you stay at the MArk Hotel!

The quality of service has been declining over time. When we first visited, everything was fine; however, with each subsequent visit, something was broken—like the bathroom ventilator, the shower holder, and a towel with a small hole.

Aside from that, the breakfast is still good, and the hygiene is at a good level.
