L’hôtel en lui même était beau, vue sur l’adriatique, chambre spacieuse.

Première chose ; le personnel, dés notre arrivée la réceptionniste a montrée la couleur en étant très désagréable et antipathique.. un des deux serveurs (le plus gros) était également très désagréable, il parlait albanais quand on lui demandait quelque chose et râlais tout le temps.

Deuxièmement ; la sonorisation, nous avions des chambres avec patio au 4eme étage, les gens du personnel parlait fort sans se soucier des gens qui dorment.. assez tôt.. un peu problématique si on veut dormir plus tard que 7h du matin..

Mi e piaciuto il letto spazioso, i lettini,il fatto che e fronte mare e la loro disponibilità.Bella Vallona a 15 minuti in machina.Tramonti stupendi.

Diciamo che legendo le ottime recensioni su Booking avevo aspettative piu grandi.Non mi e piaciuto il fatto che l'hotel offre solo la colazione e quindi sei costretto pranzo e cena a spostarti..Colazione sia con dolce e salato però per 7 giorni identica.Se si vuole un caffè decente va preso al bar del hotel ma va pagato.Sei lontano da Vallona e quindi se nn vuoi stare sempre fermo lì hai bisogno per forza della machina.Ho scelto tra tanti questo hotel per la piscina avendo una bambina che ama la piscina però sono rimasta deluzissima del fatto che non si sentiva per niente il cloro e in 5 giorni non e mai stata pulita nonché dopo le nostre lamentele in quanto la bambina guardava dispiaciuta a bordo piscina visto le condizioni.Ci giocano bambini quindi la non corretta igiene puo portare a problematiche della pelle. Il fatto della piscina mi ha deluso molto infatti io nn ci sono mai entrata e in giro trovavo hotel senza piscina a metà prezzo.Se vai li con la machina devi pagare 7€ al giorno il parcheggio.I ruobinetti del bagno mezzi rotti.

+ great location, close to the sea and the private beach
+ clean rooms and surroundings
+ kind staff
+ amazing view from balcony

Cons:

- for 4 days the breakfast was the same, it has few options, although it was tasty enough
- nothing to do around, outside the hotel
- within the hotel you can only serve breakfast, for other meals you need to wonder around with no sidewalks and few good restaurant options
- beach was full of stones, both outside and inside the water (even where the sunbeds are)

Lovely hotel for family holiday
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time at the Picasso hotel .The rooms were very nice and cleaned every day with clean towels , pools area is very nice comfortable with lovely small kids pool.The breakfasts were delicious with big selection of food snacks and pastries . The lovely lady who run the hotels was very nice and helpful for us and make our stay very pleasant.

Man konnte direkt über die Straße zum Meer laufen und dort die zum Hotel gehören, liegen kostenlos benutzen

Cons:

Die Möbel unseres Familienzimmer waren schon etwas abgenützt.
Als wir auf dem Parkplatz gefahren sind, ist unser tief liegendes Auto an der Einfahrt hängen geblieben.
