מלון מצוין ברמה גבוהה, היינו בסוויטה והיה מרווח ונוח מאד, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת, חדר כושר, בריכה וספא מצויינים. הצוות נחמד מאד. יש מעט מרחק בין חלקי המלון, אבל למי שזקוק יש שירותי הסעות.

Pros:

The hotel itself is excellent, I enjoyed my stay. However my trip got cut short and had to return 2 days early. I spoke to the front desk they adjusted my stay, $400 was supposed to be credited back to may account. Despite numerous calls and promises of refund I haven't received my credit back.

Cons:

I have been in contact with the hotel manager Ann who has been promising to credit my account back so far nothing has happened its over 3 weeks since my travel.
If they can help track down my refund. Thank you
