I enjoyed my stay; very comfortable hotel

Fantasic oasis in the midst of the city hustle

Amazing Experience
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, always attentive and with a friendly smile. The rooms were perfect size and the facilities were great.

Cons:

The room had a few cockroaches but possibly due to being in Uganda it's inevitable. There was lack of Ugandan culture in the cuisine, the menu was too European and I think it's a missed opportunity to showcase Uganda and standout. Uganda has rich foods, the staff attire could represent Ugandas beautiful colours/ tribes
