A disappointing stay
Pros:

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The property is very small, and the building is old and feels more like a simple family-run hotel. There is no elevator, and even reaching the rooms on the first floor involves several different levels and stairs. For this reason, I would not recommend it for elderly guests, people with disabilities, or anyone with limited mobility.

The parking area is extremely small and can accommodate only a limited number of cars. Guests are required to leave their car keys at reception so the staff can move the vehicles whenever another guest needs to take their car out. Nearby parking is paid, and the hotel garage also closes at midnight.

The room keys are still traditional physical keys rather than electronic key cards. Room cleaning service is also available only during a limited period, approximately from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

On the positive side, the hotel has a pleasant location by the river, with several cafés and restaurants nearby, and it is also close to a bus stop.

Finally, special thanks to Ahmed, the Egyptian staff member, and Cesare for their kindness and helpful attitude. Their excellent treatment was one of the few positive aspects that made our difficult stay more bearable.

Il vicino parcheggio a pagamento (lo spazio per il parcheggio interno dell'albergo è limitato), l'aria condizionata, c'è un'ottima pizzeria napoletana a pochi metri di distanza, la gentilezza alla reception
