Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto al Tropicana Hotel e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore.

Fin dall’inizio , ancora prima della prenotazione, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla disponibilità e dalla gentilezza dello staff. Hanno risposto a ogni nostra domanda con professionalità e cortesia, facendoci sentire seguiti in ogni momento. Una volta arrivati, l’accoglienza è stata ancora più speciale: tutto il personale ci ha sempre accolto con il sorriso, facendoci sentire come a casa e soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta con una disponibilità davvero rara.

L’hotel è semplicemente magnifico. Curato nei minimi dettagli, modernissimo e impeccabilmente pulito. Le piscine sono spettacolari e regalano una vista mozzafiato, perfette per rilassarsi e godersi ogni momento della giornata. La palestra è moderna, ben attrezzata e ideale per chi desidera continuare ad allenarsi anche in vacanza.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il servizio in camera: velocissimo, efficiente e con piatti davvero ottimi. Un’altra piacevolissima sorpresa è stata la colazione al Comus Resturant: assolutamente deliziosa e ricca di prodotti di qualità. La consigliamo vivamente!

Anche la posizione è perfetta: basta uscire dall’hotel per raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi passi (e la discoteca Tropicana) e la fermata dell’autobus è comodissima per visitare il resto dell’isola senza alcuna difficoltà.

Un grazie speciale va a tutto lo staff, che con la sua professionalità, gentilezza e continua attenzione ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella. È raro trovare persone così disponibili e sempre pronte ad aiutare con il sorriso.

* The staff were excellent overall and always willing to help. A special thank you to the waiters at Comus, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional.
* The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of high-quality food. The rest of the dining experience was equally excellent.
* The location is truly unique, offering breathtaking views over Paradise Beach.
* We stayed in a suite with a private pool, and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping team deserves special recognition. They clearly take great pride in their work and maintain the rooms to a very high standard.
* The hotel is perfect for a 2–3 day stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and iconic Mykonos/Instagram-worthy spots. After that, you’ve more or less experienced everything the resort has to offer.

Cons:

* Due to the hotel’s very steep hillside location, you’ll often need a shuttle even to get around the property, for example from your room to the reception or restaurants. That said, all of the shuttle drivers were excellent—friendly, courteous, and always happy to help.
* The reception team offers to arrange restaurant and club reservations as well as transportation. Sometimes this worked perfectly, but on other occasions it didn’t work at all. Communication, in particular, needs significant improvement.
* The hotel is located directly under the airport’s flight path. Watching the planes is exciting at first, but the aircraft noise can become quite disruptive at night or when you’re trying to sleep.
* The nightly rate is extremely expensive, as is Mykonos in general. While this is well known before visiting the island, it is still something future guests should keep in mind.
