Fantastic property and wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful facilities - the pool, the gym, restaurants were all stunning. Location was great, close to the beach and nightclubs.

Staff were fantastic, among the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were all super helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room layout for the hotel was a little odd. It was adequate for our needs, but think the space could have been laid out better.

Pros:

Struttura molto molto bella dotata di tutti i servizi. Praticamente le stanze sono attaccate alla spiaggia inoltre con la camera hai la possibilità di accedere alle piscine e non paghi i lettini in spiaggia. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio

Amazing experience and will be recommending it to everyone.
Pros:

Loved the room and the pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent and when we ordered room service the food was awesome as well.

The staff is also very friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

I would've assumed that the staff would notify guests of the public bus service. I understand that Tropicana want to make money on transportation, but notifying the guests of this service would be helpful.

The views were breathing and the room quality matched that
Pros:

We were upgraded rooms from a hot tub room to one with a pool, this room was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was in a very convenient spot with staff to drive you to and from it. The pool had amazing comfort to it as well.

Pros:

Výborné snídaně, velmi chutné celodenní snacky i večeře. Čistý, pohodlný pokoj. Dechberoucí výhledy z terasy pokoje a restaurace při snídani. Milý personál. Příjemný bazén.

Cons:

Na pokoji chybí háčky na pověšení ručníků. Není sušák na mokré osušky a plavky.

Pros:

This is a wonderful resort with really nice rooms and a great outlook over Paradise beach.
The facilities at the Tropicana are world class and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My view from the room was real albeit via a pretty small window.
I was lucky to book just after the summer season so I enjoyed some relative quiet and very reduced nightly rates.
The buffet breakfast is incredible and not to be missed!
