Our favourite stay of our whole trip, by far! I don't usually write reviews, but we had the best four days at Tropicana. We loved everything from lounging by the pool and beach during the day to partying at night. The staff were amazing and the service was exceptional, and the pool is absolutely stunning. We're already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!
Absolutely faultless
Thank God ChatGPT recommended this resort for us because it was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was right on the beach, with sunbeds available for guests at no additional charge. The views were beautiful, the rooms were updated and incredibly comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area was absolutely stunning!
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome. We only stayed for four days, but next time I definitely want to stay for seven because we had such a lovely time.
A special thank you to some of our favorite staff members: Connie, Christos at reception, Elina, Jenny, and from Comus Restaurant, Ioanna, Yiannis, and Mitsoui. You all helped make our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
I don’t have any complaints. Everything was excellent! Also, the reason I would recommend staying longer than four nights so you have time for everything like the pool, beach, clubs, boats, shopping. Four days is just too short for such an amazing place. 😊

Heerlijke ligbedden zowel bij de zwembaden als bij de zee. Beachclub en strand maar paar minuten lopen. Klein supermarktje om de hoek. Ideaal dat 1 zwembad verwarmd is.
Chris and Connie were amazing.
We would prefer to have the bottles of water complimentary and be restocked everyday.

Swimming Pool was not heated, so very cold in mid September, says 'you can cook meals in your own villa, but facilities provided very poor, so not exactly true.
Basically everything! Exactly the type of property I love. The room was very spacious, and you can really feel the quality throughout, from the construction to the finishes.
The mattress and pillows could use a little upgrade.
Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę wspaniały! Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie – od samego wejścia zachwyca wygląd hotelu, który jest piękny, zadbany i bardzo elegancki. Personel niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty, dzięki czemu od razu można poczuć się wyjątkowo i swobodnie.
Jedzenie przepyszne, różnorodne i świeże – każdy z pewnością znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe i bardzo przyjemne. Widać, że do każdego szczegółu przywiązuje się tutaj dużą wagę.
Cały pobyt oceniam znakomicie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tutaj ponownie! 😊

Changement des serviettes 2 fois par jours ainsi que les serviettes de plage. Le petit plus : le sac de plage
Café en grande quantité, piscine privée parfaite, la douche ….
Buffet du petit déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix, jus frais (petit bémol pour les pancakes )

Personnel très jeune qui n’a pas forcément les codes d’un 5 étoiles mais c’est un très petit détail , ils font tout pour vous satisfaire malgré tout et l’établissement se suffit à lui même

וואו היתה לנו חוויה פשוט מושלמת ! לא יכולנו לבקש מלון טוב יותר! גם השירות מהרגע הראשון שהגענו , התייחסו אלינו כמו לנסיכות, יחס מהיר ואדיב ופשוט באמת אין מילים לתאר.
חוץ מהשירות המעולה גם אחלה חדרים ואוכל מושלם במלון . ישנו בחדר קרוב לאחת מבריכות השחיה והיה שם גם בר בבריכה שפתוח כל היום.. יש בריכת אינפיניטי מפוארת ומדהימה וגם בריכה מחוממת. בנוסף גם היינו בספא המדהים של המלון. אנחנו ממליצות בחום. זאת כבר שנה שניה שאנחנו במלון הזה ובטוח שנחזור. יש מתחת למלון את מועדון החוף טרופקינה שכל יום יש מסיבת חוף ואפשר להיכנס בחינם כאורחי המלון שזה ממש נחמד.
