Un accueil exceptionnel dans un cadre reposant et agréable

Le personnel et le service au top, ils était aux petits soins et adorables.

First rate!
Pros:

The resort was amazing. The room we had with a private pool was spectacular. They had a roof top restaurant with an infinity pool and daybeds - with the most breathtaking views. There was a day club that was so much fun. Such a gorgeous resort. The staff was outstanding. They truly care about their guests and ensuring they have a first rate experience.

Cons:

I cannot say anything negative about this resort. I did not want to leave. I’m now at a new resort in Paros and wishing I was back in Mykonos!

Pros:

Localização fantástica, estrutura do hotel perfeita, funcionários atenciosos, muito bom.

Cons:

A piscina com vista mar fica localizada em um bar do hotel que não abre todos os dias do ano. Infelizmente não conseguimos desfrutar dela!

We didn't like that we paid the full amount for our accommodation and didn't get to use the infinity pool for which we booked our stay, because apparently something was being renovated there.

Pros:

The room was so clean. They upgraded our room for free to a room with small private pool. The service was great and staff were so friendly and lovely. The Beach club was also great. The prices were not hat high and the room was standard and super clean.

Cons:

During our stay it got a little chilly and I had to ask for blankets. I asked for blankets two times and every time they brought me a light one (bed sheet I suppose it was) and the air conditioner did not work. I guess we had a bad luck with weather. Everything else was flawless!!!

Pros:

Struttura molto molto bella dotata di tutti i servizi. Praticamente le stanze sono attaccate alla spiaggia inoltre con la camera hai la possibilità di accedere alle piscine e non paghi i lettini in spiaggia. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio

Amazing experience and will be recommending it to everyone.
Pros:

Loved the room and the pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent and when we ordered room service the food was awesome as well.

The staff is also very friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

I would've assumed that the staff would notify guests of the public bus service. I understand that Tropicana want to make money on transportation, but notifying the guests of this service would be helpful.

Fantastic property and wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful facilities - the pool, the gym, restaurants were all stunning. Location was great, close to the beach and nightclubs.

Staff were fantastic, among the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were all super helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room layout for the hotel was a little odd. It was adequate for our needs, but think the space could have been laid out better.
