SANS SURPRISE
Pros:

Plusieurs appartements dans cet établissement. Certaines photos correspondent d'autres non.
Dans l'ensemble l'appartement était propre et très bien situé, calme et bien équipé.
Les lits confortables et bien chauffé.
L'hôte reste disponible et les explications sont très claires.
Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc pour monter les valises aux 4ème c'est un peu laborieux.

Central location, clean quiet and comfortable apartment
Pros:

The location makes exploring Reykjavík and the surroundings so easy. You’re a 5 minutes walk from bus stops 9 and 11 for organized tour pickups, 15 minutes walk from the BSI bus station, 2-4 mns from either the Extra or Bonus grocery stores as well as many restaurants. The apartment was super clean, well stocked and the system to check in and out worked great. You have access to a washer and dryer and the staff is very quick to help. The sofa bed was super easy to pull out and put away and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Comfy, short stay.
Pros:

We liked the amount of space that we had in the house! There were a lot of amenities that were provided which made our stay pretty comfortable - such as the cooking pans and pots. Plenty of room to place all our luggages.

Cons:

There wasn't a lift so we needed to haul our luggages up to our unit. Additionally, we wished that there were more lights around the house - it was a little dark around the TV/Sofa area since that area was only lit up by the lamp.

Sehr gut mit kleinem Manko
Pros:

Lage ist TOP und die Trennung von Wohn- & Schlafzimmer ist sehr praktisch

Cons:

Es fehlt an einem Kasten oder anderen Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung und Ausrüstung zu verstauen

Gemütliche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Ein- und Auschecken sehr gut geregelt. Sehr bequemes Bett und Schlafcouch.

Shower terrible. Dangerous. The burners on stove did not work properly. No extra towels. Only one towel each for 5 days per person. Poor lighting & bulbs out & not replaced. Dishes sparse. Only 2 dinner plates. Impossible to reach anyone for questions.

地理位置优越，离bus stop9 步行2分钟！ 离商业街也很近，总体来说位置比较不错👍👍 有问题房东回复很快！
