Very nice apartment. Great location. Ideal for touring the city and accessing the main sites Iceland has to offer.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to city centre, BSI bus station and pick up points for tours. Very warm. Lots of towels. Safe area around the apartment.

Cons:

Don’t like the shower curtain.

Very comfortable stay, excellent location centrally, great responsiveness from host. Highly recommend.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at Tyr Apartments. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. It comes with a fully-functional kitchen as well which was very useful for us.

The property is also in a great location, very close to the centre - all of the cafés, local sight seeing and grocery stores are in walking distance. Bus stop for tour pick-ups is also very close.

Home away from home in Reykjavik!
Pros:

Good size apartment (great for stormy lazy movie days!) with modern furniture, very functional, super well equipped!
Staff was great and very responsive! Laundry facilities helped a lot. Many likes to list!

Cons:

Almost nothing! Noises from the street could bother, but being so centrale located, is almost impossible to avoid.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable,light and warm. Excellent location for getting to meeting points and bus stop #9. Lovely view down the streets.
Easy key code access and good accommodation guide in welcome email. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Bin system a bit confusing, needed more kitchen equipment (cutlery/crockery) but not a big issue.

SANS SURPRISE
Pros:

Plusieurs appartements dans cet établissement. Certaines photos correspondent d'autres non.
Dans l'ensemble l'appartement était propre et très bien situé, calme et bien équipé.
Les lits confortables et bien chauffé.
L'hôte reste disponible et les explications sont très claires.
Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc pour monter les valises aux 4ème c'est un peu laborieux.

Central location, clean quiet and comfortable apartment
Pros:

The location makes exploring Reykjavík and the surroundings so easy. You’re a 5 minutes walk from bus stops 9 and 11 for organized tour pickups, 15 minutes walk from the BSI bus station, 2-4 mns from either the Extra or Bonus grocery stores as well as many restaurants. The apartment was super clean, well stocked and the system to check in and out worked great. You have access to a washer and dryer and the staff is very quick to help. The sofa bed was super easy to pull out and put away and comfortable. I highly recommend!
