I have never seen a worse facility, it is not worth the money.
Cons:

The bed is old and uncomfortable, the bathroom equipment is broken and not properly cleaned. The rooms are split in two, and all sounds from the next room can be heard. The balconies are shared, and the door locks are weak.

I’ll try another hotel next time I go to Morogoro!
Pros:

The location fairly close to the railway station was convenient for me. The price was very reasonable. I stayed two nights.

Cons:

I had one lunch and one dinner at Flomi. Food was not good, especially not the meat I had. It had been cut in tiny cubes and fried way too long. I’m sure my leather boots taste better! Service is very slow. Breakfast didn’t open on time in the morning.
Very few staff at the hotel speak English.
There’s a nightclub nearby that kept me wake.
I’ll try another hotel next time I go to Morogoro.

Best business hotel in Morogoro
Pros:

If you're coming from a first world country, keep in mind that the resources in Morogoro are limited, and these hotels have to do the best they can with them. The power will cut out. They may lose hot water. The internet might drop.

However, the people at this hotel and the general manager really care about giving guests a great experience and do a great job. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The rooms, sheets, towels, are all clean. The food is very good, and they have a good variety of African and international food. The views of Mt Morogoro are fantastic.

While I haven't been to all the business hotels in Morogoro, I've seen most, and it's an open secret that this is by far the best. There is not too much in the area for tourists, but the people in the area are nice and helpful. A few times I was trying to communicate with a vender and a passerby would stop and help translate.

Pros:

Very solid hotel with comfortable rooms, very good staff, and free breakfast. We used it as an overnight stopover while in-transit, and highly recommend it for that purpose.

Suitable hotel for a night in Morogoro
Pros:

This hotel is more of a business person's hotel, rather than a tourist hotel. But it was fine for one night. The restaurant gave us a long menu and then told us only two options were available. But the food that we had was good, and the portions were large.
