Pros:

Las camas cómodas, el hotel limpio. La atención en la cocina y la comida excelente. Hay agua y café disponibles en la recepción gratis y otro tipo de bebidas pueden comprarse ahí mismo (cerveza, bebidas energéticas, refrescos, jugos). Las habitaciones tienen SmartTv con cable y Netflix. Muy cerca de la plaza principal.

Cons:

El hotel tiene unas escaleras altas y largas para acceder al lobby. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, las habitaciones cuádruples solo tienen un ventilador y no es suficiente porque el ambiente está separado, al solicitar al personal otro ventilador no resolvieron la solicitud. Las habitaciones dobles (para dos personas) solo tenían una toalla de cuerpo. No cuentan con parqueadero, tienen convenio con un parqueadero cercano pero cierran muy temprano (5 pm en festivo) e igualmente la tarifa es bastante costosa.

Me parece un lugar muy lindo, su habitacion grande como se ve en las fotos, me encanto el desayuno y la atencion al cliente. Nos dejaroon guardar unas cositas en la nevera y dejar las maletas para salir a conocer Pereira.
