El hotel es super lindo y el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones bastante cómodas y la ubicación del hotel es bastante estrategica para los paseos hacia el norte de Huaraz (Laguna Paron, Yungay, Llanganuco, Caraz, etc). La comida muy rica y los paisajes hermosos. Super recomendado!

Above and beyond
Pros:

I traveled with my husband and 2 kids. The service was excellent but what prompted me to write this review is the two times the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.
We arrived after driving from Lima starving and tired. Even though the restaurant was closed they opened it for us so we could have a late lunch.
After checking out, I forgot a very expensive and important medication that my son takes. As soon as I called, the front desk found a way to send it to Lima as an "encomienda" that same day so it was delivered to me as fast as possible. Moreover, they didn't accept any delivery payment from me.

I highly recommend this hotel. Good location, clean and charming and the friendliest staff you'll find in Huaraz.
