Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa

Front desk attendants were great! Customer service is awesome!! And rooms were clean!! Definitely a great location for Legoland trips and vibe and atmosphere is good and value of the stay was a great experience and will be back!

The Westin Carlsbad has a great location and a lovely property. It is right next to Legoland, 1 mile from the beach and 2 miles from the picturesque town of Carlsbad. The hotel property is beautiful with a nice pool gym and hot tub area. We ate breakfast every day at 20 restaurant and ended our nights at the bar. We want to thank Christina, Henry and Digna for making our experience at 20 so special. It was a relaxing and sunny vacation.

We were looking for a nice Marriott with a spa for our annual staycation and the Westin did not disappoint! The spa experience was top notch. Every staff member (from valet, to restaurant and front desk -shout out to Taryn for going above and beyond) was joyful and kind. They made our stay easy and relaxing. The rooms are large and clean and the property is the perfect size. Breakfast was great! We didn’t check out the restaurants for any other meals, but we will be back!

Lego private entrance and all the amenities! You can’t beat it!! Will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you friendly staff!

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was really nice and the location is excellent. We love the shuttle service and our server Henry (for three mornings) made our breakfasts outstanding!

Wonderful friendly staff and amenities. No member lounge but nice complimentary breakfast with very good menu. Pool and exercise facilities very good.

Stayed just one night with my husband and daughter for a concert at Frontwave Arena which is about 20 minutes away.

Check-in was super easy and the gentleman behind the desk was super courteous. The valet was super quick and polite also, even when we needed to retrieve something from our vehicle.

The room was super comfortable, especially the two king beds and large countertop in the bathroom. My daughter and I could both get ready at the same time.

Breakfast in tue morning was FANTASTIC. I had an açaí bowl (the half is plenty for one person) and it had fresh berries and honeycomb.y husband had the French toast which also looked amazing.

Highly recommend. We will most definitely be back.

Also, thank you Mr Crooks and the engineer team for being available when the power to my door was unresponsive. Assisted me promptly and efficiently. The staf was always ready to ask if I was ok or needed an assistance. Happy Holidays to the Team and enjoy the rest of this year. H

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. As soon as I came up to park my vehicle valet, I was greeted with a smile and attended to right away. As I checked in the process was very smooth, and the customer service was top-notch.

I highly recommend for anyone to stay here as you will be well taken care of.

Staff/Service was great. Rooms are nice annd clean. Unfortunately due to construction next door at the Sheraton, our room was not ready right at check in time. But overall, convenient being next door to Legoland and the private entrance.

This is by far one of my BEST hotel experiences. This was a FIRST visit and will not be my last!! The lobby is very welcoming from the valet to check in and the Christmas decor was phenomenal. Top notch cleanliness throughout the resort. The room is spacious and nicely decorated with amazingly scented amenities. Gym, Spa, Room Service, Restaurant—All Great!! Thank You!!!

Excellent stay at the Westin Carlsbad. Traveled with family for an extended family wedding, appreciated all the help from attentive staff. Rooms and amenities were great, made for a perfect weekend for everyone.

Stayed for ease of Access to Legoland but found the location perfect for everything. I like to eat and drink local so it was perfect. Discovered Banana Dang in Ocenside and I can’t wait to come back now. In personal experience everyone has been very nice and helpful. The valet staff at Westin were fantastic. Tons of helpful suggestions as well. Highly highly recommend this location.

This hotel has the coolest amenities and room setups. Excellent views of ocean and surrounding areas. Also big thanks to Taryn at Guest services for helping me check in and make the processes very smooth

Beautiful hotel. It was raining during our stay but we still enjoyed restaurant and bar area. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

If I could give this Resort 10 stars, I would! The concierges are extremely kind and attentive. Liz has the most wonderful personality! She also went out of her way to send a surprise bottle of champagne to the room for my birthday along with some treats and a birthday card. Her thoughtfulness is a direct reflection of the type of service this resort provides. She is now one of my favorite humans!

Every single staff member looks happy to be working there. The prices are incredibly fair and the spa quickly became a favorite. Shoutout to Emily for the best facial I’ve ever had!

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. It’s also super quiet which is a big plus!

Will be visiting again very soon. I seriously cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Westin Carlsbad for making the stay extra special. You stole my heart and ran with it! :)
