Muy limitado
Pros:

La ubicación y el amplio estacionamiento

Cons:

1.- Al reservar el alojamiento en la página Booking se indica que el desayuno se encuentra incluido por cada reserva; sin embargo, al momento de realizar el registro nos indicaron que el desayuno era solo para una persona por habitación. Esto supone un problema, dado que solo podía acceder al desayuno mi pareja o yo, pero no ambos.
2.- Las cortinas de los cuartos, NO cuentan con Black Out en ninguna de las cuatro habitaciones reservadas, de tal manera que la luz solar te levanta a partir de las 5:00 de la mañana.
3.- El personal presentó un comportamiento apático al no demostrar amabilidad en su servicio. Durante toda nuestra estancia (01 semana) el personal no mostró una sonrisa o gentileza en su trato.
4.- La variedad en el desayuno era demasiado limitada, solo contaban con el desayuno americano y, en caso de pedir un desayuno de la carta, no contaban con los insumos para prepararla.

Excellente option à Bagua.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel dans une ville peu tournée vers le tourisme. Parking intérieur sécurisé, grands espaces communs - climatisation et ventilateur - tres bon rapport qualité /prix

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré

Disappointing experience
Pros:

The room and bedding was clean.
A young gentleman in recption was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our booking included breakfast for 2, but the hotel refused to give us breakfast. They said they would give us only 1 breakfast and we could have the second if we upgraded our room. Ridiculous.

Most staff were very rude and not interested in any guests.

La atención del personal, al ingresar y la predisposición de atenderte.

Cons:

La Lala educación de la chica de limpieza, que cuando llegamos le preguntamos en que tiempo lo termina para poder ingresar, y u respuesta fue: ESTOY LIMPIANDO, y ya mejor no se le pregunto mas.

Great place
Pros:

Very nice. Very clean. Very happy to feel bad this place.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work great, but it was cooler than outside. The beds weren’t that comfortable. And no elevator, our room was in the third floor (very long staircase) and we had a lot of heavy luggage, but they did help us.
