The garage is right underneath the hotel.

There are no hooks anywhere in the studio, not in the bathroom, not on any doors.

Nous avons eu des soucis avec le paiement. Le solde a été prélevé sans nous prévenir. Et une emprunte à double a été prise avec les même montant. J'ai passé une partie de mon séjour à essayer de résoudre le problème sans résultat malgré ce que le personnel de l'accueil me disait, en me traitant en plus, comme si c'était moi qui était en tort... Merci à Booking de m'avoir rassuré. Néanmoins la somme de plus de 1000 euros bloquée sur ma carte n'a pu être libérée par la banque que plus de 15 jours après mon retour. En plus on se sentait un peu client de seconde zone d'un hôtel en voie de fermeture..

Pros:

Nos gusto absolutamente todo. Super recomendable. Las vistas increíbles, el desayuno bueno y variado com diferentes opciones donde elegir. La habitación super bien y el personal muy servicial y simpáticos. Aunque no esta en el centro, la comunicación en bus es muy buena ya que pasan cada muy poquito tiempo.

Lovely hotel apartment, payment stress beforehand wasn’t ideal
Pros:

The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had lovely views.

We were able to use the Moxy area to play a few games of pool which was a bonus, but we preferred the Marriott breakfast area for quietness, views and sitting for breakfast. The pool was nice.

Cons:

I felt the limited temp controls within the room were too restricting, I was often too cold even with it at max setting.

We called down for extra towels and extra coffee one day and was told it would be 10-15 mins. 2 more calls and nearly an hour later we finally got our towels and coffee.

Breakfast was more or less the same every day - the hot food was passable temp wise.

Also the sauna by the pool seemed to be set at 50c which seemed very low.

When we booked, I selected the no pre-payment, pay at property option but then found they tried to take the full amount (€1070) 5 days before. This bounced but then we had a back and forth with them claiming it was part of a card check. We agreed on just 1 night stay being taken early instead and I moved money over to cover this. This then wasn’t taken from my card. When we got there we then paid in full and had to pay an additional €100 refundable deposit allegedly for purchases at the bar. Still awaiting that being put back on our card. This wasn’t clear when we booked it either.
