Mediocre lobby staff
Pros:

Odalar temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi yatak konforluydu.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM on our check-in date, we were told the rooms were unavailable. They tried to direct us to another hotel, which we refused. They made us wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, and then finally told us the rooms were available and gave us our rooms. They took a deposit of 25 Euros each for two rooms, totaling 50 Euros, and this deposit has not been refunded.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr schönes Zimmer gehabt.

Cons:

Das Zentrum ist nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es war doch recht teuer. Aber leider sind alle in Amsterdam teuer.

Servicebereich der Theke. Gläser wurden kaum abgeräumt und Getränke wurden auch nicht zum Tisch gebracht. Kleines manko.
