駐車場以外は期待以上！最高！
Pros:

朝食バイキングがよかった！
お風呂あがりにアイスを食べてマッサージチェアやマンガもあり最高だった。お湯の質がよく、お肌すべすべになった。夜鳴きそばがよかった。チェックアウトが11時がいい！

Cons:

【駐車場が不便】です。提携駐車を調べて1番近場に行ったが、何故か見つからない...廃業されていて更地になっていた。HPも、出入り口の看板も駐車場閉業についつ書かれていない！すぐに直してほしい。
高知の町周辺は運転が難しく、ぐるぐるまわった。
チェックインの15時から11時までの駐車場無料なので、早めに着いても15時までは時間をつぶさないといけないし、11時よりも前に余裕を持って出発しないといけなかった。運転（車）と、家族の合流が難しかった。

Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かった。駅からは離れているが、ひろめ市場や土産店が近くて旅の拠点とするにはピッタリだった

Cons:

基本的に不満はなかったけど、女性専用のランドリールームに男性がいたりした。客側のマナー違反が気になった。あと、乾燥機に100円ちゃんと入れたのに、不具合があったのか全く乾燥できてないときがあった
