La calidad Humana, don David quien normalmente atiende es una persona amable y dispuesta a colaborar, el mismo recomienda el transporte normalmente a doña Cristina quien complementa la atención porque es una gran persona.
La ubicación es excelente, situada en una de las mejores playas de Cartagena. Las habitaciones son cómodas, bien diseñadas y mantienen un buen nivel de limpieza. La atención del personal destaca: son atentos y responden con rapidez a cualquier necesidad. El administrador es muy atento, formal, tiene casta!
En general, es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en la zona. Totalmente recomendado.
Es un espacio sencillo pero con todo lo que necesitas a la mano para tener una gran estadía en Cartagena. Diego fue una increíble ayuda para conocer los alrededores, fue increíblemente amable y servicial. Agradezco mucho su ayuda.

The stay for 3 days was very affordable, especially if you plan on taking taxis to various locations anyways. The main host was very, very accommodating.
Markasa is more than a hotel, it is a home away from home. We had arranged an airport pick-up for our arrival, and were greeted by David, the owner, and immediately we were put at ease by his warm and kind ways. Upon arrival at Markasa, a warm Colombian coffee was waiting for us and we went upstairs to settle in to our room before taking a walk on the beach. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were also very impressed by the excellent selection of TV options, with full access to both Netflix and Prime Video. An amazing home cooked breakfast is available (at an excellent price), we are very grateful to Sandra for her kindness and cooking. During our stay, David was available 24/7 to help us with anything we needed, including dinner delivery, transportation, information, and even coming with us to a nearby restaurant to make sure that we were treated like locals. We have so many positive things to say, but ultimately the most essential thing is that David, Carmen and Sandra made us feel like we were family.
The cherry on top was having our hearts warmed every day by Milagros, one of the sweetest dogs you will meet.

The neighborhood isn’t fabulous but it has its charm. Definitely rustic but Enjoyable if you like slower paced area.

Very good host and staff. Very helpful. The hotel is directly on the beach. Breakfast was good. There is quite nice terrace on the last floor
The rooms are quite small. It is manageable for 2 people but small.
Surrounding bars play music until quite late (3 am) and start again at 6 am.
There is no hot water in the shower (all other hotels here do not have it neither).
The host was really friendly and responsive. He satisfied all the special requests we had. Wifi was good. Location is great if you also have a car. There are 2/3 parkspots in front of the building for free.
