Very central location. Very private. Nice view of the busy Kampala Rd. Hot water and the AC worked great.
All good. Free parking. Everything you need is in the apartment. Wifi very reliable and fast.
Always easy check in, no matter the hour.
Friendly and helpful.
This property is badly maintained. Not recommended for Business or Family Trip
The property need updating...invest some money would easily turn this place into a 4 star
Place is ok though the AC/tv didn't work. They are just design.
Always a good place to stay.
Very central if you need a place in Kampala city. Easy to get to the airport in a decent time.
Very good wifi -- nicely equipped kitchen.
Only minuses are very limited tv channels, and the rooms can get warm (AC is an optional extra expense)
Was a single bedroom in a suite of 3. Share kitchen, tv, bathroom etc.
The exact same as if you got the big suite for a group.
Very clean and well serviced. Excellent value.
For one night in a shared apartment. Same as the 3 bedroom one ex CD ept this one could accommodate 3 diff people. Common area for tv, kitchen and bathroom.
Was a fine idea that made the room very affordable.
Location is the strength but owner are looking properly after customers. Hot water pressure has not been working for days. Electricity went off several minutes while having shower.
Owner kept sending people to check electricity metre very strange behaviour.
Cleaners are good, level 7 is left most of the time unmanned in the night after 10pm.
The owners are so mean to maintenance the electrics and pay good plumbers to after the two level.
I did like the gym on level - sport bikes
Really good staff appreciated the cleanliness as well
Room had baby cockroaches cruising the floors and table tops. The frig didn't work but the freezer part of the frig kept things moderately old. I ended up keeping things in my girls room. My girls room which had 4 girls in it had 1 fork. No spoons or knives. The used silverware from my room. The elevator broke down and though they told me it would take 30 minutes to fix we made the trek of 7 flights of stairs after 1.5 hours of waiting. There was a room that had two gentleman that had their door wide open and were blasting the football match. I didn't mind that so much but the smell of marijuana coming from their room was just to much. The staff is nice and friendly but the hotel itself is lackluster at best. Definitely will not stay there again.
Central to all of Kampala as in middle but no lift access to basement parking, also need access to floors via lift and only those as guests of boulevard suites should have access to floors were apartments are located via key card and safe keys required.
Access to basement parking with lift required and safe key Needs to have a washer machine with dryer.
Quick check in and beddings and towels are quite clean. This wasn’t the same for the floor which seemed very sticky when we finally removed shoes. The place is quite hot and the Fan they provide to circulate the air doesn’t help much. The only advantage is that it’s at the heart of the city and it’s quite spacious.
A bit noisy ... and there are hidden charges.
The lady who was cleaning my apartment room 708,she was excellent, professional, and all the staff, and I plan to visit in future again.
I had some problems with the first apartments they put me in (locks on the doors didn't work, water didn't drain out of the shower, strong smell of sewage from the bathroom) and had to be moved twice in the first two days. However, once moved to a different apartment, I had no more problems.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the apartments are nice. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a gym for use of the guests.
Nothing much I am afraid to say the all round experience was just really poor. It was nothing like it was presented the only positive was the location
Everything about the place was good except the room temperature. It was hot in Kampala and there were no fans. The one room without windows had an Ac unit, but you had to actually pay for the remote...I thought that was a cheap move by ownership. You also have to pay for parking by the way.
