It was nice for a brief stay, the staff was helpful
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel, between the modern city and the kasbah. The staff was nice enough to let me check in although I arrived earlier than the check-in hour. The bathroom was OK and the terrace had a nice view of the harbor ahead.

Cons:

The room was a little narrow, there was no AC so you had to trust in the only window for ventilation that's opened to the inner yard.

Considerabile per l'ottima posizione e la disponibilità del personale
Pros:

Personale molto gentile, sia alla reception che al bar situato all'ultimo piano dove è possibile far colazione e vedere il panorama sul lungomare.
Posizione comoda a tutto: medina, marina, spiaggia, negozi/ristoranti, disponibilità di taxi.
Buon wifi.
Buona colazione, opzionale, e possibilità di servirsi del bar in qualsiasi momento.

Cons:

In fase di prenotazione veniva indicato che la stanza scelta era provvista di balcone e frigobar, purtroppo nella conferma che ho stampato questi servizi non erano espressamente indicati (suggerisco di fare sempre uno screenshot di quanto visualizzato): ci è stato spiegato che le stanze si ritengono con balcone perché è presente quello comune al terzo piano quindi ci han dato una stanza in quel piano anziché al primo, il frigobar non era presente ma, su nostra richiesta, ci è stato portato.
Presenza di tappeti, sia nelle parti comuni che nelle stanze, sporchi e maleodoranti...suggerirei di toglierli completamente.
La nostra stanza aveva una finestra alta e piccola, era presente un persistente odore di muffa probabilmente dovuto anche al bagno cieco e senza piatto doccia... Attenzione a non scivolare perché si allaga tutto.
La porta del bagno era montata ad un'altezza di diversi centimetri rispetto al pavimento, perciò non garantiva privacy, inoltre l'aspiratore non funzionava.

Excelente atención y ubicación
Pros:

Abdessamad y Mustapha fueron muy atentos en todo momento. La comunicación fue excelente desde el primer momento y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El trato fue de 10.
El alojamiento estaba limpio, era cómodo y tenía una muy buena ubicación. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
