The location is excellent. The hotel is right on the corniche with a direct view of the marina, making it a perfect place to enjoy the waterfront. It is also just a few minutes' walk from the old town, so many attractions, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot. Another advantage is the large underground public parking area located along the corniche, only a short walk from the hotel, with a very reasonable parking fee of 3.5 MAD per hour.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. They were always polite, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out.
Cleanliness was one of the hotel's strongest points. My room was spotless, including the bed, floor, walls, and bathroom. Everything was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
The terrace is another highlight of the hotel. It offers a beautiful panoramic view of the marina, the corniche, and the old town. It is a wonderful place to relax, especially in the evening.
The Wi-Fi was excellent. The connection was fast and reliable during my entire stay, and I measured download speeds of around 81 Mbps in my room, which was more than enough for streaming, video calls, and general internet use.
Finally, I believe the hotel offers very good value for money. Considering its location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, it is a good choice and I would gladly stay here again.
The breakfast needs urgent improvement. Most of the items did not taste fresh and seemed to have been prepared the previous day, including the bread, msemmen, harcha, baghrir, and even the tea. Fresh breakfast products would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
The terrace is beautiful, but it would be much more comfortable if it had sun umbrellas, especially during sunny and hot days.
There was some noise early in the morning from security guards talking loudly outside. It was not a constant problem, but it did disturb the peaceful atmosphere.
The bathroom had two issues. It lacked proper ventilation, relying only on a window connected to the bedroom. Also, after taking a shower, water collected near the bathroom door because the floor did not drain properly, so I had to push the water toward the drain manually.
Finally, guests planning to visit in July or August should make sure to book a room with air conditioning. Some of the lower-priced rooms do not have one. They are comfortable in mild weather, but during the hottest summer months they can become extremely hot.
