Last minute decision was a first class choice. Everything you could ask for. So much has been thought of for an enjoyable stay. One of the most powerful built in hairdryers !! Eye for detail to make your stay comfortable. Quiet location plenty of sunbeds around the two tier pools. Pool side bar perfect for breakfast. Shops supermarket bars and restaurants all within 5 minute walk. Beach is convenient location. Great food and drink. Late minute check out thought too.

This is a perfect beach hotel apartment. The pool areas are very nice and quiet. The food service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location for our first trip to Agia Pelagia.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauber, tolle Mitarbeitende (sehr freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit). Strand, sehr gute kleine Tavernen und viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und zu Fuß entspannt erreichbar.
Auch wenn der Parkplatz etwas herausfordernd zu befahren ist, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We stayed here for a 5 night holiday, looking for a totally relaxing stay. Seascapes was the perfect place for us.

The deluxe pool-view apartment was spacious, with a small kitchen which was great if you want to save on eating out every meal. Particularly as there are several supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, with fresh ingredients. We loved making our own Greek salads for lunch on the balcony (with ouzo of course!).

The resort is a 1 minute walk from the seafront where most of the restaurants are located. We had a great meal out at a different restaurant every evening. We especially recommend ICE bar for drinks and Mythos restaurant for food. There are also lots of shops with traditional Cretan souvenirs and products. Everything you could need is within a 3 minute walk.

Very comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom. There was service every day to freshen towels and empty the bins. The only thing we missed was a washing machine.

The two pools were both beautiful places to relax with a book. There was no competition (or reserving with towels) for sunbeds, we came and went as we pleased and always found a perfect spot. It was quiet and felt like a very safe atmosphere. Great for LGBT+ guests.

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. They really did just want us to have the best holiday possible. Everything was stress-free.

Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Chambre confortable et silencieuse. Personnel très professionnel. Point d’attache bien situé pour découvrir Réthymnon, Heraklion et Knossos. Agia Pelagia est un petit village de pêcheurs agréable et authentique.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape a lot. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The appartment had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well. Thank you Seascape for a lovely holiday.

Modern and relaxing accommodation
Pros:

Brilliant place to stay.

Good:
Both pools are lovely and relaxing.
The complex itself is well maintained and very close to the beach/restaurants/bars/shops.
The manager is very helpful.
The room itself was great, very comfy bed and kitchen has everything needed including kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, plus aircon is included.
Room was spotlessly clean when I arrived.

Some small things could do with improvement:
I had ants in my room. Only a couple at first but on the 4th day there were a lot, especially in the kitchen sink. I asked at reception if they had any spray and was told the cleaners would sort it, unfortunately they didn't so I ended up buying something from the supermarket. I found out from other guests it had also been a problem for the people in the room before me.
The daily cleaning involved emptying bins, making the bed, mopping the bathroom floor, changing towels. Even after I reported the ants the apartment floor wasn't ever cleaned. The welcome letter also states bed sheets will be changed after 3 days, mine weren't changed at all in the week I was there.

Overall the good outweighs the bad and I'd definitely return.

Lovely place. Not exactly as described. The 2 baths were a shower room and en suite loo. Would be difficult if at max occupancy of six people. No lifts and not known in advance. 70+ stairs to accommodation. Staff were great. Very helpful

Not luxury.
Pros:

Its a nice hotel.. Nothing special.. I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says.
Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff.. a luxury hotel would give you a tab.. room was clean, staff friendly
